As per checked, the Promotion that you claimed was running in accordance with the bonus rules, following the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, which you can refer again from the Promotion History menu. Please do aware that each Promotion has its own sets of Terms and Rules, that we encourage every customer to read and aware of it first, before start using it.

For example in your case, it is written in the terms that the Maximum Bonus Limit is 5x from Bonus amount that you claimed (which in this case was 44 MYR, so Max Limit = 44 x 5 = 288 MYR). And when you completed the Promotion, system detected that your account exceeded that amount, which is why an auto deduction automatically made to follow that Maximum Limit rules above.

Hopefully above guidance will be able to give you better understanding on the Promotion. Thank you!
