We recently migrated to Dashly as our Chat and Bot solution. We moved over as the interface to our site visitors is far more friendly. It connects with just enough support without being overbearing. We are a small team and every little bit helps with our operations. The backend has made life a lot easier and we don't miss enquiries now. Have recommended Dashly to our partners.
I've been using the tool for a couple of months now and I'm pretty happy with the results. The tool is quite simple to use, you don't have to be an experienced person to create your unique chatbot. The best thing is that you can create a chatbot for each page. I've created 4 chatbots for my website so far. By the way, Dashly has an amazing affiliate program.
An Intercom wannabe
They try hard to copy everything Intercom has to offer, but fail miserably. The interface is clunky and just terrible, the integration is manual at most cases, meaning that your tech team will be busy as hell sending all the events and testing if it works as intended
Dashly is totally disgusting, pathetic and I'm removing it for once and forever. A single request of pre-support form (as seen in Crisp & Intercom) to capture has Name, Email and Number has not been shipped in past 22 months and as a result we've lost so many potential leads and even a bulk orders as well. As we don't have contact details of the leads or chat initiator during the non-working hours.
