Great collar and amazing customer service!

Speedy delivery and lovely product but I feel the clasp for the collar is quite heavy for smaller dogs ( we have a westie).

I was absolutely thrilled with the tweed tartan lead and the rose gold metal work set it off to a tee. What a wonderful find this Company is and the packaging and little tissue paper was outstanding. They deserve 10* and I would recommend them to anyone.

Found this company online wanted a Harris tweed collar and lead to match my west, highland terrier puppies coat after placing the initial order. There was no communication. I thought perhaps my order has got lost, so I reached out. They explain that everything is handmade to order which is lovely, but a little bit more communication would’ve been appreciated. One more thing to bear in mind they are quite heavy the neck collar I’m not sure if it’s the metal clasp that makes it feel so much heavier than previous collar apart from that I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to a friend however, they need to up the game with communications to customers x

What a gorgeous collar. The quality is superb. I'm chuffed to bits with it and so is our little lady. It's a nice chunky collar too, with a great clasp. I would highly, highly recommend Dash of Hounds.

Excellent, but wish had better communication. I was getting worried that my item had gone missing after quite a while of not being delivered. I contacted Dash of Hounds and they explained they make items to order, but it would have been nice to have a wee update every so often :)

I feel Dashofhounds couldn’t do enough to ensure my purchase of rose pink tweed collar and lead set was perfect. My dog’s neck was between collar sizes so an amendment was made in the length to ensure the best fit.
