SCAM - order never showed

The f1 Mercedes suit shipped and got to me the next day! So happy!

scammers, don't buy

I never recieved my purchase …

Arrived after 3 weeks in Germany. Quality is good as a costume. I had no problems.
I will recommend this shop.

I cant recommend to order at dash racegear. I ordered 2 pieces in 15th January and it still says shipment is on the way to next facility. I would habe needee the Gear tomorrow but i guess they wont reach me in a day. I would never Order there again. Questionable If there will be a Delivery anytime

Never received anything!

Order 1689 must be received one month ago. Nobody respond me. I'm get out from shipment address and you are not returning my money.

Delivery date doesnt match.

If i send a mail with info how long it still is taking i get no response. I hope i still get my order. Waiting almost a month now.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I never received my package, and to make matters worse, I was never provided with a track and trace code. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable.

I paid for my order but I never received it. The seller does not respond to my emails. Never place an order with this seller, they steal your money

Items ordered on November 28th have not even been delivered yet.
A fraud site that does not send items without any message or information about what is happening.

I sent an email to customer service but never heard back.

Never received the item and no response to my emails

I recently purchased an item from this company and attempted to return it within the 30-day return window, meeting all their stated conditions (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging). Despite their own return policy allowing for returns within 30 days, the seller refused to accept my return, citing unrelated reasons such as additional shipping costs they incurred.

Instead of honoring their return policy, the seller suggested alternative solutions that did not address my request for a refund, including recommending I find a friend who might want the item. They failed to provide a legitimate reason for denying my return and did not follow the straightforward policy they advertised.

Due to the lack of transparency and unwillingness to honor their own policy, I have been forced to escalate the issue by exploring other avenues for a resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I strongly suggest that this company improve its customer service practices by adhering to its own policies and providing transparent, respectful service to customers. This experience has left me reluctant to trust this seller in the future.

Product is well done and quality is according to the price. But shipping took more than expected

Package didn't arrive on the date we expected keep changing dates . It was for a very important occasion. I want a refund
