All in one Stop
DAT never has let me down. I can always count on DAT to provide available loads, no matter where we are, big cities or small towns DAT has always had matching load. Today while searching for a load on DAT. I was able to post my truck and it automatically gave me matching loads to choose from. I didn't even have to search DAT done the search for me. In less than 10 minutes from login, I had already secured a load with broker that is approved by OTR Solutions Just simply post your truck and let DAT automatically match you with available loads. I recommend DAT to everyone, veterans in the industry and newcomers

Broker posting the Lord, no communication is not right. We pay for Service . You have to find out.

Provides what I pay for
I have made great suggestions that are easy to add and haven't seen a single one of them added though which is why I give it four stars. Things like the ability to include my MC number when I click on the email link on the broker page.

Overpriced, low value.
I pay $100 a month, I book maybe two loads a month off DAT. I haven’t tried any other loadboards so I can’t compare it to others, overall I guess it’s fairly useful but there are a ton of brokers that offer free loadboards like Uber or TQL among others that charge me nothing and are easier to book loads on. And typically pay about the same or more so 🤷🏻♂️

No lodes at all; a lot of double brokers..1 lode they posted 20 times;I really I don’t like DAT.

Hate useless map.
What is frustrating is the Map not showing pick up or drop point like before way to many glitches since DAT put everyone on same platform had only two issues in 4 years and since this platform have had issues lost loads fake loads etc think its to much

THROUGH MANY FILTERS AND CONVINCING ONE MIGHT BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SPRINTER VAN LOAD ....BUT NOTHING CLOSE TO ITS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Bad customer service with no communication at all to resolve the issue if there is issues
Our account was deactivated with out any explanation. Everything was working ok till around DAT update login was having issues did ask help from support but they couldn’t do anything and all a sudden account got deactivated and was told that there is a compliance issue which is not possible since DAT is the one who did all the paperwork for our company. We had paid for 2 seats, one for company CEO and one for manager/dispatcher that is companies employee.

I am a new carrier with 90 days mc and…
I am a new carrier with 90 days mc and otr solutions has been super helpful. I even procured a new customer that was a shipper and not a broker and they helped sign them on with the process. Communication with my team is great and they take the time to explain and are very helpful. So far any problems have been mitigated and taken care of!

I am doing power only load some time have to sit 5 days to find the loads on load board for right price I am
Going out of business also had been cheated with Load board broker by 2 time worth price of 15 k no trust worthy load come some we get cheated on load and DAT say they are not responsible but they are responsible for the load posted on the load board
