Efficient and professional

Our medical office switched EHR software providers recently. We were able to export our medical records in XML format, one XML file for each patient. I purchased DRS XML Converter Tool Software in order to convert a patient's chart notes, labs, and appointments into PDF docs. I ended up with 1100 pages of unreadable data. After contacting DRS Support (through chat), I was asked to upload the XML file. I received a link the next day, via email, for the customized XML tool. It produced the exact same output. We went back and forth for a few days, I uploaded a chart note for reference, and then when I asked for a refund I didn't hear back at all. I've put in another refund request, via their chat support, and have been told the sales team will get back to me. This was a complete waste of time and effort.

Great, Sales Support and Technical Support staff work quickly and are easy to work with when I had an issue during purchasing. Highly recommend.

I went through multiple efforts to activate the software. The Tech chat was unable to understand my problem. It was the dumbest bot I have worked with. The number they gace ne is amswered by some one who speaks very little English and could not understand my problem, The refund guaranty is also a scam. It requires more work than $39 in work. I doubt this will be posted. I think all the other reviews were written by the vendor

It was easy to reach support and they have been extremely helpful. It turns out that my particular need/configuration wasn't covered by the software and support had no problem telling me this, so not trying to sell anyway and suggesting all kinds of complex workarounds. Really classy support, thanks!

I contacted DRS Softech for a problem while installing the DRS Gmail Backup Software. Ranjan Kumar from their technical support guided me through the process in a non-intrusive remote manner which led to successful implementation of the program. He handled everything very patiently,guiding me through the process.

It's working perfectly. I'd expect lightning-speed migration but it's not :) Support is very fast. Thanks for saving me from Amazon Workmail :):):)
