From the time I joined the company as a customer I had nothing but trouble with my account. A representative had to "fix" my account. Then when I tried to send out my email leads, I kept getting emails from the marketing department saying there was an error with my company name, which is Kelly Gradowski Independent Insurance Agent. I had to resend it five times. I am so frustrated at this point because obviously the marketing department are a bunch of idiots. I paid a lot of money to this company, and for what, aggravation. I will be closing my account in April when my contract is up and will handle my own marketing. Probable will cost me less.

Looked into working for this company
Looked into working for this company. Went through the steps and have now had to pay a fair bit of money, company requires a crypto wallet and requires regular payments as an agent. I am now being told the only way to get any money back is to pay even more as it is required to finish the task to get money out.
Has been going on for a few weeks now.
Bit confused as I have emailed and chatted on your website and been told that it's not your problem.

BEWARE - THINGS ARE NOT TRANSPARENT…
After spending over 4 hours working for this company, I found out that I am required to open a crypto account and that I need to TRANSFER money to this company. I joined this to earn money not to pay money and the training is very, very poor and customer service is non-existent. Every time I contacted them, they just told me to go the person who referred me who was useless and was actually making commission on everything I was doing and I ended up earning absolutely nothing. A very negative and disappointing experience. Customer support is NON-EXISTENT.

Be aware guys it’s big scam after 25 question one each product they will ask big big amount of money till 33 they will reach to $4000 per product till 40 products they will ripped $nearly $30,000 from your account be aware I lost my money please I swear to my god. I hope you guys will not do it.

I have been using this company for a dozen years. They gave me a list that was at least ten years old. When I noticed it and asked them to check it they claimed they couldn’t get the updated list and sand they can only refund me which was the worst customer I have ever experienced which was so disappointing

Lacking essential use functions
I’ve used similar platforms and this one just isn’t as easy to use. For example if I am searching a specific company I can be missing something as simple as, inc, and it seems to not recognize anything whatsoever ever. You would expect to at least give suggestions or pull up all similar companies. Not to mention the amount of contact info such email and phone numbers are extremely limited compared to other platforms I’ve used.

I ordered a list from you that was not what I ordered
I ordered a list from you that was supposed to include email addresses. The list only had about 300 contacts on it but only 12 had email addresses. Also, I specified Jewish gift shops and there were only four or five.
I would like you to refund my money voluntarily, so I do not need to dispute the credit card charge.
