The best part about Datamatrix is their structure and support. In thirteen years, I never had an issue speaking to a team lead or supervisor if there was an issue. Their response time is phenomenal, you're not going to wait a day or two for an answer to a question you have asked. They ensure there is enough workers for each project assigned, not one person doing three separate workloads i.e. MRI auth, transcription, work comp. It is tailored to the client. The transcription fees were reasonable. I would highly recommend them. (I no longer have need of transcription services as I have retired.)
