I had an absolute nightmare with my website. Another hosting company really messed things up. My Joomla site just wouldn't work for a whole week! But you know what? Their support team was brilliant. They kept in touch with me all day long, and my site was up and running again, I was so tired that I was already asleep by then. I'm really, really impressed. Okay, they're not the cheapest, but believe me, you get your money's worth.

I've been using Dataplugs for three years, and it's been awesome! The hosting works perfectly; I never had a single problem. And the price is super cheap for what you get; it's a total bargain.
Their customer support's a solid 10/10. Their docs are easy to understand. When I use the support chat, they get back to me right away, the answers are short and sweet, and I usually fix my issues in minutes. Seriously, it's the best tech support I have ever had. They really know how to look after their customers.

I think Dataplugs is really great! When I first signed up, I had to pay in the middle of the month, but I kept forgetting that date. Their sales team was super understanding and helped me switch to end-of-month payments. It’s made things so much easier for me! Totally recommend them!

just have been using Dataplugs for 8 months, and I gotta say, they're super reliable! the support team is always there when I need help, and it feels like they really care about my business. shoutout to the guys who helped me out—super friendly and knowledgeable!
sure, they might be a bit pricier than some other providers, but honestly, you get what you pay for. their servers are solid, and I love how they handle everything from hosting to custom management. really fit my needs!

This company allows people to create websites on their hosting, completely copying and infringing other websites. When you ask them to take any action about it, they say that you need to contact Hong Kong's intellectual property team, taking no responsibility. So do not deal with these people because they are completely unethical of company.

After reading the previous review, I have now realised that DataPlugs blocked my IP after setting up my email accounts on a new device. I don't even think there was a password issue, as it was already saved/synced.
Is there a sneaky small print that says we can only use one device at a time? Guys, you only have one job, and you can't even do it right.
I would give a ZERO star if possible.
First of, the server will block your IP if you or any of your users (email accounts) failed to log in with correct username and passwords. This happens if you need to set up email accounts on new devices, and if you forget username and/or password. Suddenly EVERYONE in that office using the same IP will be blocked from accessing the email accounts.
Dataplugs is NOT Microsoft Outlook user-friendly. One time, the tech support staff even told me that he do not know what is Microsoft Outlook. Many problems when it comes to working with Microsoft Outlook.
The many safety and security features Dataplugs implemented to prevent breach of their servers FAILED big time, when the server my hosting plan was on CRASHED. And Dataplug told me to change server settings.
There's so many more to mention, but seriously, after only 8 months I am about to call it quits. Unfortunately, stuck with a 3-year plan till 2024.
But I will migrate.

Do not expect anything called "service quality" from this company. They only provide cheap hosting, nothing else.
