Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I’m genuinely sorry for the disappointment caused. Over the Christmas period we were extremely overwhelmed by the level of support we received and had far more orders than we could ever have anticipated. Unfortunately, during this time we completely ran out of our branded pouches, gift boxes, and gift bags, which is why your order did not arrive packaged as shown in some of our TikTok videos.

This was never the experience we aim to provide, especially for a Christmas gift, and I fully understand how frustrating this must have been. We should have communicated this better at the time and I sincerely apologise that we didn’t.

Please reach out to us directly and we would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Your support truly does mean a lot to us, and I’m very sorry that we fell short on this occasion.
