Andy was amazing to work with! Super friendly, patient, and really knows his stuff. He took the time to listen to what I needed and gave me a couple of great mortgage options to choose from.
What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained everything—no jargon, just straight talk. He also kept me on track with helpful reminders and updates.
The whole remortgaging process was way easier than I expected, all thanks to Andy. I’ll definitely be using his services again and would recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic service throughout from Andrew. Having only been in my new job for a short time, I was anxious about obtaining a mortgage offer whilst still in a probation period. Despite this Andrew turned around a mortgage offer for my partner & I, on a very competitive fixed rate deal within 72 hours of application. Our house sale & purchase process was protracted and stressful for a number of reasons, with the exception of our dealings with Andrew, who was professional, responsive to all enquiries and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

We are not the most organized, so the reminders Andy sent to us to provide key information were very helpful.

Plus, he was very patient when we kept asking questions.

Andy took over from a diabolical broker that had took 6 weeks and still not secured us an offer. In 3 weeks (no fault of his own) he took a very complicated set of circumstances and secured us, not only an offer, but more than we were told we could have originally. Which meant a better financial situation on moving.

Even if we couldn’t have got a mortgage or the amount we needed, Andy’s communication is second to none. He takes on your mortgage like it’s his own personal mission. And won’t stop till he’s exhausted all possibilities.

If communication is important to you, as it probably is in the stress of moving, then Andy is your man. Don’t shop around, just do it.
