Whenever I order from you on line I’m so pleased that if occasionally there is any delay you ring me to let me know. I love receiving your beautifully wrapped parcel. I have been dealing with you for many years and only twice have I sent an item back for a refund or exchange. This was dealt with immediately your staff are always so helpful. I’ve known your family for many years when I lived in Derbyshire in fact my husband bought my first negligee from you in the 70’s . Many thanks for keeping up the British standards.

A returning customer to David Nieper. I have just bought my sixth nightdress to go with the four dressing gowns and two bed jackets, and have been purchasing nightwear from David Nieper for what must be 20 years.
Says it all really!

The overall operation was very smooth and quick, even down to calling me to update my return situation.
The product was good quality, sadly my odd bod didn’t quite get the email!!!!

The website is easy to use and my order came quickly. The items were beautifully packaged and of very high quality.

The trousers were a very good fit, except too long in the leg. But, as usual, DN's team adjusted and shortened them to the required length and they now look excellent.

Good quality material used. Reflected in the price ! Wish you had a 25/26 length for trousers. I’ve shrunk as I got older.

I buy the nightdresses and my husband and son buy them sometimes as gifts. They have been my regular purchases along with dressing gowns/robes since the 90s. I appreciate the top quality of the fabric and garments. The staff are among the most helpful we have come cross in online shopping and deserve an extra 5* just for their helpfulness and friendly advice. Sometimes I go ‘ouch’ at the prices but, all in all, they are worth it. I have recommended them to friends too.

David Nieper makes beautiful clothes and if something isn’t quite what you expected they very willingly take it back. Nearly all my wardrobe is made up of David Nieper clothes, tops, trousers, nighties. I have got to the age when I don’t want to go around shops looking for something to wear and I can always rely on David Nieper to provide a stylish, colourful, quality outfit. And their ladies on the phone are so pleasant too.

I am very pleased with my water-colour dress. It is g00d to have a style which does not cling to y midriff.

Customer service is excellent, they go above and beyond. Stylish products, all expertly hand made. Lovely colours that suit me well.

I’ve always had good service from David Nieper. The clothes are beautiful. I just wish they were not quite so expensive.

As always the two tops I ordered arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper and securely boxed with credits to everyone who took a part in their production, The tops themselves are well designed, in vibrant colours and, as I have come to expect from David Nieper, excellent quality.

A lovely nightie in almost every way. It fits and washes beautifully but the broderie anglais is a bit bumpy to sleep in.

I have been using the company for a number of years now and have found the deliveries brilliant - well packaged and placed in tissue paper. Will continue to use again.

So pleased with my purchase the fit is comfortable and it is good that the shorter length is available.
