The associates at David Sklar walked me through understanding the positive impact the choice of a consumer proposal would be. Finances give me a lot of anxiety and I was met with a non judgemental and helpful approach to solving my issues. This was a smooth and respectful process and I’m glad to have done it through David Sklar. I’ve already recommended them to several people.

When you feel like there’s no way out…
When you feel like there’s no way out and you’re completely overwhelmed with bills and expenses, it’s hard to know where to turn. I found myself in that exact situation, facing mounting stress before things could even reach collections. Life changes can impact everything, especially finances and as a single mother, you do whatever it takes to provide for your family.
That’s when David Sklar came to the rescue. From the very beginning, the process was fast, smooth, and handled with such care and understanding. I never felt judged, only supported.
A heartfelt thank you to Mo, Sabrina, and Chad for your kindness, professionalism, and for guiding me through such a difficult time. You truly made a difference when I needed it the most.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience, they helped me get my life back on track. Trina was great. I found the 2 counselling sessions that are mandatory, need to be more helpful and more hands on not online. I found they were not very helpful, I believe they should include more ways to not find yourself back in the same positions. Other than that, cannot wait to be finished.

Great professional service
Great professional service. Iftaker the Dept Management consultant was very prompt and efficient . What I like the most he was very knowledgeable. He made me feel secure in my decision to pursue this option to stabilize and start rebuilding my finances. I highly recommend the office in North York, Fairview Mall location.

Outstanding Support During a Difficult Time
I just went through the bankruptcy process with David Sklar & Associates Inc., and I’m truly grateful for the support I received. Shayne and Jeffrey were absolutely amazing from start to finish.
They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. What really stood out was their kindness and understanding ;they treated me with respect and never made me feel judged.
