Booked an Asbestos collection. Asked for a deposit, which was paid. Didn't turn up on day agreed, battled to get hold of anyone to find out what was happening. E-mail communication was always the next day. Eventually cancelled and requested refund. No refund and line does not ring.
Crooks.

Total jokers and fraudsters.

Agreed a price for asbestos removal works. Attended site 5 hours late and decided they couldn’t do the job. I sent photos of access and working conditions before their attendance. And to think they wanted £800 deposit!

I would avoid this company like the plague. Poor communications and experience

I contacted Davinci Construct for a quote and provided my number as requested on the same day, so I was expecting a call. No one called me back for days I even emailed the next day saying I haven't had a call. Then, without any discussion or confirmation, freeha emailed me saying I was “booked in for the following day” for a collection I never agreed to.

When I called to clarify—purely as a courtesy that I will not be using there services because they didn't get back to me —I was told it was “not fair” that i called there company and gave the job to another company, I did explain that she didn't get back to me. What’s actually not fair is expecting a customer to wait with no communication and then scheduling work without consent.

If basic follow-up and professionalism matter to you, I would look elsewhere. I will not be using their services.
