Delivery service was careful and both boxes were intact with no damage.
Each piece was easy to assemble and comes with everything you need, including tools and simple to follow step by step instructions. Excellent quality!! They look even better in person. Terrible customer Service
Hi, I bought 3 bar stools and wanted to return them as the chairs were not comfortable (lower back). I received 3 boxes and didn't open 2 of the boxes. I requested a return label so I could ship the items back because as a consumer, I have a legal right for a buyers remorse period and when I bought the items, shipping was free and now they're trying to charge me $60 per box to return the items. Please provide me my return labels for a full refund or I will be filing a complaint as I'm a worker for the federal government and this business practice of yours seems somewhat shady.
