Good delivery. Products are great for sewing room, an d living room.

I now have a few products from the Daylight Company and I must say I'm really impressed with their build quality. As an artist, it's so important to use good lighting, not just for seeing the correct colours, as I work in black & white mostly, but to reduce eye strain when working long hours in the studio. My latest purchase was actually to address morning sunshine or rather the lack of it in winter so I'm thrilled to have found a great product that helps to keep my circadian rhythm and nervous system in check. Keep up the great work Daylight Company.

The lamp arrived within two days of ordering and was easy to assemble. While it has not had much use so far, it will certainly come into it's own in the darker winter months. Very satisfied with the product.

I have yet to receive my return label. I have sent to emails with no response!

Good product, has been extremely useful (this is the second being purchased as we use the previous one regularly).

J'ai acheté la lampe de bureau UnoPro en magasin il y a un an et demi. Je l'allume, je tourne la tête de la lampe, et j'entends un "clac" ! À coup sûr, le fil s'est coupé ou dessoudé. Le magasin me dit de contacter Daylight pour la garantie. AUCUNE RÉPONSE du service client depuis le 30 juillet, c'est une honte. Sans lampe depuis 2 mois et sans réponse du service client, on essaie aujourd'hui de la démonter nous-mêmes... Sans surprise, les deux fils sont coupés net : défaut de conception, donc. Il n'y a aucune longueur de câble et ils sont par ailleurs très rigides, c'est donc logique que cela finisse par casser. La lampe est irréparable parce qu'il est impossible de démonter la tête pour essayer de réparer les fils. C'est une honte. Obsolescence programmée à fuir !!!

It was working great until September, ( of course Amazon out of date return). The problem was the cable that went with it stopped working and when I unplugged it from the electrical outlet from the wall, the end of the cable was hot . So I have not had a lamp since then and it is October first. My electrician husband decided to look at it and checked to see if it might be the cable by putting in a cable he had for his device . And it lit up ! I don't know how to contact them to see if they would give me a new cable since I bought it on Amazon in the United States.
Other than the cable it illuminates all that I need in my bedroom and office room .

Nice and lightweight, just what needed.

The daylight company has truly been fantastic and wondrous to purchase from. I bought their slimline 4 table lamp for my partner who has been doing art for pretty much his whole life and he described this product as "life changing". As autumn and then winter will be coming up in England soon, I wanted a light that could simulate daylight to help him feel energetic and be able to properly see his art after coming home from work and this lamp has done just that. This was an absolutely incredible and perfect purchase, not to mention how fast the delivery was and how well packaged and easy to assemble it was. Absolutely incredible, truly! I look forward to buying more from them in the future and besides, my partner's dad upon seeing the slimline 4 table lamp said he wanted one for himself too, so expect another customer very soon!

Very disappointed. Still haven’t received the item. The item wasn’t dispatched until I chased and 2 weeks later I still have no light.

Excellent service. Lamp is very sturdy just right for me doing my paintings.

Ordering was straightforward but we were not kept up to date on delivery until after it arrived. Very pleased with the product.

When I reported my current wafer no longer worked, customer service replied within an hour with the bad news that they no longer carried the power supply for that model but gave me another place to order from Wow!, that is generous.
I choose to buy the new one for several reasons, and I am delighted with it!

Light arrived promptly and was exactly as advertised. Perfect for bedtime reading with a really bright light that means the eyes aren't strained. It's neat a d streamlined and easy to carry as well.

Hard to contact, had a query about a product before I ordered, tried ringing number on the website but didn’t even ring out - it just immediately kept cutting off. Used the online query and did get a reply. Ordered before midday ‘for speedy shipping’, expecting it to be sent same day. I’d checked out using ‘Shop’ and there were no updates on there, still said order accepted or something. Emailed again 2 days later as needed it the following week (5 days away including the weekend), but have never received a reply! It turned up the next day, so took 3 days but would have been helpful to have received updates. Not used yet as taking it on a stitching retreat, checked it does work and looking forward to using it.

Good price for item.
Delivery was 5 days but that wasn’t a problem.
Item ( light box) delivered well packed and in working order.
