Extremely slow delivery.

I ordered at1pm so expected the item to be dispatched the next working day as described in the delivery policy on the website.

The item wasn’t dispatched for a further week by Royal Mail not Hermes and arrived 2 days later. I had a very disappointed daughter on her birthday as the jacket she really wanted wasn’t there to unwrap. In fact she got it 4 days after her birthday.

The poor service does now make me question the authenticity of the jacket! The delivery claims were not true so are the products as authentic as they claim??

Package came in a few days before, I ordered AF1s and a tech fleece. overall great experience will definitely be shopping here again.

I was a bit hesitant at first due to the items going for way cheaper than what other people were selling it for, but I took the risk and thought how could they be illegitimate when they're shouted/promoted by famous influencers and then I said let me se if these resellers can be a long term supplier. And now I have my answer items came in two days. Fast and quick.

I kept seeing these man on snapchat ads, so I placed an order on day. No joke the bag actually came the next day😳 The delivery was so quick. N their instagram admin is very polite and very patient🖤 I’m imppresed!

Bought 2 irongate jackets from these lot in May. Was veryyyyyyyyyyy happy with it. Came mad quick and everything was perfect. They always run out of stock so i came back on restock day in july and copped 3 jackets and 1 tracksuit (reselling OP🤣) everything was smooth again and i’m happy with them. I haven’t bought nike from them so i can’t review that but the trapstar i’ve bought is genuine. the tag has the authentic sticker thingy and it came in original packaging too. I asked my friend to check it and he said they’re all real. I’m waiting for nike restock so i can buy that too. All in all, these lot are too goated. Period🐐. Btw they don’t use Hermes anymore they use royal mail next day service now so if ur a new customer just know that cus their insta still says hermes🙃
