The DCDial and payment platform provides a state of the art payment experience. While ensuring our customers security and peace of mind with encrypted features. We have received excellent customer feedback in regards to the DCDial system.
The Customer service from DcDial is great! They are ver patient and answer almost immediately. We had some doubts and they were able to help us with them and even made some follow ups afterwards.
Dcdial works wonders for my company. It's fast, and easy, which gives each consumer the freedom to process their own payments. I would recommend this to all business owners, who are looking for a secure way to allow the processing of payments.

I've never had any problems with DCDial. I am not the most tech savvy person, but the system is really easy to use and their customer support people are always ready to assist you.

I've never heard of DCDial before actually trying it and, honestly, in the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about them. However, I am glad I gave them a chance because their app is AMAZING. Extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, has a lot of features that other big companies don't even offer + their team is ready to customize an app for you if you have any special requests
We work as a payment collection company which offer different businesses to collect money from their debtors.
We were seeking for a solution which could help to reach the people to collect money using a hassle free way, where debtor could pay easily online either via Payment IVR or web and obviously secure, So DCDial works well for all these requirements, no physical interaction nor debtors need to visit banks.
DCDial proved a great for both calling services and payment services, so it's a great combination when you get in a single solution. While their support team is awesome in sense of responding to the queries over a phone call, chat or ticketing system, while they are just a phone call away.
The great thing with their team is they deliver things timely and completely. I have many examples: for example when we need anything to customize for us, they did it more than our expectations, and their development team made that available just like it was already there, So the coordination between their team is great, like if you are talking to their support team regarding any new feature, it is like you are talking to their technical team, so they help straight away without waiting for their technical team come to answer the queries.
Best of luck DCDial, we recommend you guys 100% if someone is looking for call center or payment solution.
Great customer service and amazing features. I have been looking for a solution that addresses my voice and text message but needs without being cost prohibitive and I’m glad I finally found this company.
I've loved DCDial ever since we had our initial demo with Haze. I'm continually impressed by DCDial's functionality. The number of inbound calls has grown so dramatically with the automation that they did for us, that we had to hire a few other people for only answering inbound calls and handling requests.
