The Kobra 3 Max Combo is already my third Anycubic printer. Not only am I completely satisfied with the devices, but I also contacted support for the first time and was extremely pleased. The communication was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. I would buy an Anycubic 3D printer again at any time.

Sehr guter Support. Bei diesem Fall war auch die Lieferzeit des Ersatzteiles nur zwei Tage. Dennoch keine 5 Sterne, weil das Gerät jetzt innerhalb der Garantiezeit schon 2x defekt war.

I pre-ordered a Kobra X nearly 2 months ago, but it still hasn't been shipped and clearly won't arrive by the March 15th deadline. They use deceptive marketing with resetting timers to create fake urgency for pre-orders, yet the price hasn't increased once in 2 months. Total lack of transparency."

Vom Kauf bis jetzt der Beste Service überhaupt.

Hatte einen Kobra X bestellt (Versand sollte erst ca. 6 Wochen nach Bestellung sein) und mich dann doch entschieden lieber ein anderes Modell eines anderen Herstellers zu kaufen. Also per Email um Stornierung gebeten. Als Reaktion kam das Angebot, ich bekäme eine Rolle Filament gratis wenn ich das Gerät behalte (das noch lange nicht an mich versandt wurde!) - also nochmal um Stornierung gebeten (auf Deutsch und auf Englisch!) - diesesmal das Angebot ich bekäme eine 10€-gift card wenn ich das Gerät behalte. Ich will lieber nicht wissen wie unbrauchbar dieser Service ist, wenn jemand wirklich ein Problem mit einem gekauften Gerät hat. Ich hoffe, für mich findet sich noch eine Lösung, aber langsam glaube ich nicht mehr dran.

Ichhatte ein Problem mit meinem Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo ACE. Mir ist der PTFE Schlauchanschluss am Filament Hub gebrochen. Ich hatte direkt eine Mail zum Anycubic Support Team aufgenommen. Keine 24h habe ich eine Rückmeldung bekommen und haben sofort Anstandslos ein Versand mit meinem Ersatzteil veranlasst.

Ich gebe dem Anycubic Support Team sechs Sterne statt fünf Sterne.

Ich bin wunschlos zufrieden. Weiter so liebes Anycubic Support Team.

Top Sache und auch bei Problemen immer hilfe vom Support

Bought a Kobra 2 Pro about 10 months ago, worked really fine, until i got some leveling error. Customer service responded very quickly, was always kind and helpful and after locating the error, they even sent me a replacement mainboard real quick. After installing it just works fine like day one.

To add, it was my first 3D printer ever, really easy to install and printing looks awesome. Was so happy i even bought the next model (Kobra 3 V2)!
Can recommend, simple to maintain, fast and nice results.

Vollkommen zufrieden mit meinem kobra 3v2 mal hier mal da probleme aber das liegt nicht am drucker hatte leider ein kleines defekt aber ersatz wurde geschrickt und war in 2 tagen da

I needed a spare part for my Cobra 1S combo printer.
One E-Mail to the support team was sufficient to get everything clarifyed. On the following day the spare part has left Anycubic and arrived within one week (from China to Germany). Perfect support - ultra fast handling.

Very great support. Printer didn‘t work because of an issue with the extruder. The support was very kind and analyzes the issue soon. They send immediatly some parts and gave a very good explanation to change it.
Now the printer works without any issues

Schnelle Lieferung, und bei Problemen super Support 👍🏻 weiter so

Nach einem halben Jahr intensiven Betriebs gab es den ersten Defekt an meinem ACE Pro: Die Filamenterkennung hat in einem Slot nicht mehr funktioniert, weil ein winzig kleines Teil seinen Dienst quittiert hatte.
Ich hab daraufhin ein Ticket erstellt und bereits am nächsten Morgen eine Rückmeldung erhalten, dass der Support das ganze Bauteil im Zuge der Garantie austauschen würden. 2 Wochen später (weil Versand aus China) war das Teil da, wurde gleich eingebaut und alles funktioniert wieder wunderbar.

Absoluter Top-Service! Schnell, zuverlässig und kompetent.
