Super helpful post support (login first). This is my second printer from them, (and third in the family), and would order from them again.

Prima Service anders als in der Servicewüste Dtschland

In July I bought a Kobra 3 V1 Combo and I was so pleased with it, that a couple of weeks later I ordered another V1 Combo. To my surprise, Anycubic contacted me to let me know that the V1 is no longer in stock and I will be getting a V2 instead. Lovely machines, I use them daily. They're the most affordable multicolor printers I know of and they do a great job!
The support is also top tier! Lately I started having issues with the ACE units, but I've sent an email with a video to the support team and in less than 24 hours they dispatched the replacement parts I needed. A big thank you to the support team, especially David!
I totally recommend Anycubic to everyone, they won't regret it! I bought mine after hearing from a friend who had 3 already. My next printer will surely be an Anycubic, but I don't know yet if it's going to be a Kobra 3 Max or one of the resin printers (I'm still scared of resin printing).

I’m extremely satisfied with Anycubic. The customer service is very friendly and responds quickly. The quality of their printers is truly impressive.
My printer (S1C) has run flawlessly for the first 1,000 hours of printing, and only now did the hotend start showing signs of wear replaced it, and it’s back to printing perfectly.
The build quality and reliability are outstanding. Absolutely top-notch highly recommended

Perfekter Service bei meinem Kobra S1 lies sich das Hotend nicht mehr entfernen es steckte fest. Der Kontakt zum Service war super sie haben sich sofort gemeldet und mir umgehend die betreffenden Teile zugesendet. Vielen Dank.

Ich hatte Versatz beim Drucken mit kobra 2 pro. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst von Anycubic erhielt ich umgehend Hilfe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service war sehr angenehm und informativ. Nach kurzer Zeit konnte mir umgehend geholfen werden.

Ich hatte mich wieder für einen Anycubic entschieden und ich hatte anfangs fragen wegen der Lieferung gehabt welche mir auch sehr schnell beantwortet wurde, als dann die Sendung kam gab es Probleme mit dem Startaufbau sodass bisschen selbst geändert werden musste und da wurde mir aber auch direkt weitergeholfen und links mit Videos geschickt wie ich das lösen kann, am ende mussten nur paar Schrauben eingestellt werden.

Also Service 10 von 10 und werde auch weiterhin mich für Anycubic entscheiden weil auch die Druckqualität krass ist einziger Nachteil bei den Modellen ist der etwas höhere Verbrauch beim mehrfarbigen drucken.

I am thrilled with Anycubic's 3D printers. Everything works smoothly, quickly, and very reliably. I now own my third printer from this brand and can recommend them without hesitation.
The support is also first-class and was able to resolve my issue wonderfully in a very short time.

Ich hatte nach 800 Stunden ein kleines Problem mit dem Kobra s1. Das Problem wurde schnell gelöst und wie immer sehr freundlicher Service.

I bought a kobra 3 combo one year ago and it did very few manteinance for most of the time. Just a couple of changed nozzles here and there. In the last 2 weeks I have had more serious issues but with the help of the customer service I was able to solve them and continued using my printer. In conclusion, I am very happy with the product and the customer service till now.

Hallo habe einen S1 Combo der plötzlich keine Netzwerkverbindung mehr aufbauen wollte .
Habe zweimal an den Support geschrieben wurde beide Male auf die Wikki Seite verwiesen , dass ich das alle schon ausprobiert habe und nichts ging , darauf ist niemand eingegangen oder gefragt worden .
Ich habe es dann nach vielen Versuchen geschafft es hinzubekommen es klappt alles wieder , ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen mit dem Support gemacht .
Ist aber OK es läuft alles wieder.

After getting in some trouble with my new Printer the support took care with some standard answers. After clarifying about my technical experience and knowledge they took serious actions to solve my problem. At same day some spare parts are sent to me without any costs.

They not only want you to buy, they want you to be happy with your product.

Ich hatte bei meinem quasi neuen Drucker ein Problem mit dem Motor der X Achse. Nach einer Email mit kurzer Fehlerbeschreibung an den Kundenservice bekam ich sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Ein neuer Motor ging recht zügig in den Versand. Die Platine und das Patchkabel kam etwas später. Durch den Austausch des Motors war der Drucker schnell wieder einsatzbereit.
