I have ordered religiously every month from deadsweet there great for prices, the quality and quantity is as usual impeccable and they offer a great selection of mixes I am gutted knowing that it's now shut forever but I cant wait to order from sweet suzie Grace's mum has set up her own sweet business with her husband which should be online within the next week can't wait to order they all are like family and I can't wait to support them on there next journey. My last order was dead end picked out by leah which is amazing and get cracked easter mix which I absolutely loved was hesitant on opening them as I wanted to savour them but I know sweet suzie will be delighting us with her sweets ASAP we love you deadsweet team ❤

Before delivery the box seem to be tampered with and products were missing including the delivery note. Contacted deadsweet via email who replied back straight away and dealt with the issue.

Have absolutely loved all we've ever bought from Dead Sweet, but sadly, according to their latest social media posts, after a change of hands a new owner has said they were no longer going to be trading due to other job offers that had come up - so this is a post to thank the team of DS for their great service whenever we bought treats from them and to wish everyone well for the future <3

I’ve used Deadsweets since they opened and was always blown away with it. I’m gutted that it’s closed down but glad that everyone is on to better things for themselves! I will always support the people that owned and worked for the business in future endeavours.

I love the products I bought from Glory XV, but I had ordered the wrong one. As soon as I placed the order I noticed this and sent an email to customer services on 12/04/22
I received my products on 14/04/22.

I only just got a response yesterday (19/04/22) after emailing them and messaging them via social media the day of ordering the products.

I love Deadsweet and Glory XV and can usually never fault it, but the response time to emails is usually quite bad so maybe that’s something to work on instead of having one person respond to all emails ie Amy.

Another perfect bag delivered, I finished the other bag in a week. I’m so ashamed hahaha, sad that the Brighton store is winding down this week and they’re relocating so this was my last order to support those guys. Fast delivery given the circumstances, can’t complain. All the best Brighton team xx

Ordered multiple times from this company from the Brighton site , always 1st class service and products, good turn around from ordering to receiving , always quality products , prices were reasonable , good communication I can only say positives , very happy repeat customer ..

They are great didn't like the dead end mix we ordered but that is our own fault as it was stated on the website it woupd be a mystery
