On top of that, their customer support is responsive, and the 30-day refund policy adds a layer of confidence to every purchase.

On the selling side, I’ve also seen excellent results. The onboarding and listing process is simple, streamlined, and built for efficiency. More importantly, DealFuel attracts a highly targeted audience actively looking for new digital solutions—making it an ideal platform to launch and scale your own products. If you don’t have something to sell yet, it’s a strong signal to start building—this is the kind of marketplace that can turn a good idea into real revenue.

As a vendor, adding a new product on Dealfuel felt quite different from other platforms at first. However, I appreciated how unique and well-structured.The support team is excellent—responsive, helpful, and always quick to assist whenever needed. As a vendor, adding a new product on Dealfuel feels very different compared to other platforms and was a bit confusing for me at first.
However, they do have a supportive team who are fast to respond and very professional, which I truly appreciate.

One piece of feedback from my side: the preview images displayed on the platform do not match the original images I created. As a result, the visuals look less aesthetic and are not very attractive to potential buyers.

Overall, great customer support, but improving how preview images are displayed would significantly enhance the vendor experience.

I've changed my 5-star review to 1-star. They don't reply to my emails, or chat online either. I purchased a Microsoft Office 2024 Professional plus PC Windows Lifetime access. It worked at the beginning on my laptop few times and now the same laptop I use doesn't grant me access. No phone line to get customer support either. Hope this review helps other potential customers' purchasing decisions.

When purchasing SaaS products on DealFuel, I think buyers need to be extremely cautious. I left a comment on a product page, but it didn’t appear right away. At first, I thought it was my mistake or a device issue, so I tried posting it again. The second comment also didn’t show up.

After a full week, my review was still missing, and that’s when I realized DealFuel may be moderating or filtering comments—especially those that are negative or critical of the product. To me, this kind of selective review display feels misleading and unfair to customers who rely on honest feedback before buying. Because of this experience, I feel much less willing—and frankly, not confident at all—to purchase anything from this platform again.
