Excellent service, good products!

I absolutely LOVE it and am so happy I purchased this bamboo curtain over the others I was considering. Flawless, authentically made in Vietnam, and of perfect quality. I can't get enough of the sound it makes when I run my hand through it... reminds me of soft rain almost. It fits my door frame perfectly, and the color matches my hardwood floors. Thank you.

The item arrived in two parts, on separate occasions, which we were not advised of, it was not easy to assembled and very flimsy material.

Update.
I spoke to Victoria Consumer Affair today.
With the evidence I have they advised me to go to VCAT, which I will tomorrow.
They also assured me they will be investigating Dealsmate.com.au

I bought a large gazebo, it arrived in 2 flat packs. It wasn't until the gazebo was three quarters constructed that it was realised the instructions were wrong, stickers we're missing.
We constructed it as best we could. 3days later, it collapsed. The steel and design was totally unfit and inferior for that design. The steel would just bend in my hand and if you straighten it it would tear like paper.
I contacted the seller through eBay and asked for a partial refund. They refused blaming the weather. I asked for a wind rating for their steel they used in the product so through a weather history report I could prove to them it was not the weather fault. They ignored me.
I told them I would have the steel rated myself and I believed the steel was of not Australian standard. They ignored me.
I went to PayPal and lodged a complaint and again asked for a partial refund. They told PayPal they would give me a full refund if the product was returned in it's original state knowing full well the product was damaged. I however took PayPal advise. I packed up the product and sent it 900kms back to Melbourne only to have them reject the return. I appealed to PayPal again, stating they were fully aware of the damage and now because I didn't have the damage product in my possession I now can not have it wind rated myself, so basically they tricked me into returning the product and I am out more money.
So my gazebo is now sitting in a transport depot 900kms away from me.
PayPal opened it back up ONLY to have it dismissed because I didn't provide a delivery note. Which I did in the original dispute and PayPal hadn't let me explain that on their dispute page.
I am now considering taking my claim to VCAT.
Dealsmate should be absolutely ashamed of themselves how they treat their customers.

Was all good and product seems good but didn’t send me the total amount of bolts to construct so had to go to bunnings and purchase remainder.
