I can't recommend Dean Garage Doors highly enough.

My roller garage door broke and couldn't be opened. I'd been told by another company that my only option was a complete replacement, costing several thousand pounds.

Charlie came out to take a look and immediately reassured me that the door could actually be repaired for around half the cost. The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the service.

A few weeks later, the mechanism unfortunately stopped working. Dean Garage Doors came back out straight away, investigated the issue on two separate occasions, and ultimately replaced the previously installed system to make sure everything was working properly.

Throughout the whole process, they were professional, honest, understanding, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem rather than taking the easy option. Their customer service was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacements.

I'll definitely be using Dean Garage Doors again in the future. Thank you, Charlie and the team!

Company provided a very competitive quote for the door I wanted installed. Great communication re possible dates for installation. The staff who removed the old door and fitted the new one were extremely efficient and professional.
Recommend them unreservedly.
