I had the wrong shipping address on my account and I sent them an email as soon as I realized it was delivered to the wrong address. Within minutes, customer service had put in a brand new order for me with no charge. Terrific customer service.

The product was delivered in a reasonable timeframe and performed as advertised, and I was generally overall pleased…. I’d only given it a four star reading because five would’ve been perfect and we all know nothing’s perfect but we came close here.

I have tried many different collagen supplements and powders, and Dearapothecary definitely have been the best I have ever tried. They have been working amazing for my hair and skin.
I am on my third bottle now, and have taken 3 of the pills everyday (as it says on the bottle). They’re not hard to swallow and have no after taste.

My order was shipped through USPS and it was due to arrive on April 6 but didn’t arrive until April 13. I don’t know why the postal service had to take the route they did. I’m not saying that was Dear Apothecary’s fault but I haven’t tried the product yet because I just got it. I’m always concerned when supplements are shipped and it takes so long to get them because I have no way of knowing if they were exposed to heat during the long shipping time. I always wonder if it could compromise the effectiveness of the product. Hopefully that’s not the case.

Kraig from the customer service team is fantastic. I had ordered 3 bottles of the wrong supplement and reached out to the customer service team for assistance. The error was totally on me, but Kraig immediately reached out to me and worked with me to find a great solution. I look forward to trying more products from Dear Apothecary!

Excellent customer service! Quickly got a response from Kraig regarding some supplements to question and then he gave me even more information the next day. Love that these supplements are American made.

I waited 1 month to add this review and I highly recommend this collagen blend especially for it's pasture raised, grass-fed bovine and egg shell and chicken sternum from all natural USA farmers. No hormones, no antibiotics. This is actually an American made product unlike 9 out of 10 other ones who import from foreign sources and you really don't know the age and quality or even if it's the real thing.

The peace of mind on this product is half of it but the more important thing that everyone wants to know is if it work, right? It's works GREAT! My skin and hair are so much smoother after a month of regular use. My friends asked me if I'm using a Vitamin C 20%. No, nothing like that! The only change recently was my collagen routine add. So glad I tried it and I definitely recommend to others.

Recently one of my orders got delayed by USPS and I wasn't sure if it was lost or just stuck somewhere. I reached out to their support team and Kraig got back to me right away. He helped track down the package and kept me updated the whole time. On top of that he gave me store credit for the inconvenience without me even asking.

That's the kind of service you don't see much anymore. It's clear they actually care about their customers and aren't just trying to make a quick sale. I’ve recently moved and made a mistake on my new address. I contacted customer support and Maya came to my rescue. I won’t bore with the details but, she has responded promptly and been wonderful at fixing my mistake. I’ve tried their creatine and love it! I look forward to trying more from this company. If the other products I’ve ordered, are as good as Maya’s customer care… I will be writing more reviews on the products. Good customer service is a rarely found in this day and age. Had to let people know my experience.
