Worst experience- lie about their return policy for their junk product.
They do not give refunds and are not in Chicago - gave me a return address for Hong Kong but it may get lost in transit.
They will give me 30% refund to keep it.
I am disputing the charge

Just like everyone says, it’s a total scam. I ordered a loveshackfancy dupe thinking I’d get it for 1/4 of the price. I got some cheap piece of garbage that didn’t even try to look like the pic on the website. I tried to return but they just kept offering discounts. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I wish I could give Dear Mollys 0 stars. This website is a complete SCAM! I placed 2 separate orders and only received 1 order. The order I received was the wrong items and the quality was CHEAP and DAMAGED. I never received my other order. When trying to request a refund, Dear Mollys would only offer me 30% refund. 30% of an INCORRECT order and an order I NEVER received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

SCAM!!!! I ordered a few items back in FEB 2025 and its now APRIL, two months later! No shipping notification, every email and contact possible for them is not working or fake.

I still have not received my bag. I did not receive a call. I don’t have a voicemail. I got a message saying it was on the way in a few days ago. I got another message saying that they were going to ship my damn bag back. I am very upset Wait, let me go. It's a scam. Don't order from this company or website. If I could give 0 starts I would. Same experience as people below. Ordered a bag, it never arrived. I reached out for status update and got a bounceback that the email doesn't exist. Phone number doesn't work.

Do not order from this business! I ordered two reusable shopping bags. They sent one correct bag and one incorrect bag. These bags were over $40 each plus shipping. Their customer service email is not in service and no one answered their customer service phone number. Finally I got a response days after complaining on their website and they offered a $10 refund. Complete Scam.

I ordered a dress with express shipping for a total amount of $85. I received dress that sort of looked like the website images, I emailed the dearmolly, who responded that their US address lease has run out, and the package must be sent to China, in which if the package is "lost" then no refund will be issued. Their phone number on their website is disconnected, and the Chicago address listed on their website leads to an empty lot. I wish I researched this organization before purchasing.

The email written also sounded incredibly sketchy:

Should have done the research - same thing happened to me that has happened to all these people. Sent the wrong dress and now are claiming they can offer 30% back, because I needed their permission to return the item. The return address and phone number listed on their webpage do not exist and I have an email from them stating their lease ran out! Then there is a big disclaimer that if the item gets lost or is damaged in transit, they will not refund your money. And they then give you an address to send back to CHINA! I paid for the shipping to return it to the address they had listed twice! They clearly have a scam going of sending the wrong dress then not refunding the money. I'll be reporting them. Unbelievable! This place should be shut down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

If it were possible I’d give them a zero! All other reviews I now read I completely agree with, wish I had known this before ordering a dress. I too received the wrong dress, cheap and ugly, nothing near what I ordered and can’t get my money back. Complete and Total scam!

Scam scam - I order 2 dresses , both came completely different than one shown online. When I return as listed online ( return address listed online in Chicago ) package came back with note - wrong - fake address. They asked me to return to china- do not by from them ! Scam scam

SCAM based out of China they operate as dear Molly and kinsley. Sent items that were wrong and missing pieces. Phone number is out of service. Address is Chicago based and invalid. Email bounced back. Lesson learned - don’t buy anything from TikTok. Buy US based!

SCAM Website. Ordered 3 dresses and got 3 totally different ugly cheap dresses. I think they use other website's photos. DO NOT ORDER. As the person just before said, the phone number listed on the website/invoice is out of order and the email bounces back.

SCAM WEBSITE. I ordered a green satin dress and it looks like a green trash bag. Cheap material and NOTHING like the picture. I tried emailing and calling and neither contacts exist. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.
