At first, I was a little nervous about starting this process because when I clicked on the link that stated sign up for Student Loan Forgiveness it routed me to a phone number. When the rep answered, she just said "hello". Once I spoke with Rep. Craig G., he explained every step-by-step to me and was very informative regarding my student loan.

James did a wonderful job explaining the entire process in terms i could understand. I feel extremely comfortable in the process

My experience was awesome due to the fact of my specialist being patient by answering any questions that I had. Mr. Craig has truly been a blessing and I would recommend him over anyone else. He's very resourceful when it comes to his field.

DebtEaze is the only call you need to make when saddled with, and being strangled by, student loan debt. I've had this monkey on my back since the late '90's and it took one 30 minute call with Jerry to pull me out of the fire. My loans went from THISCLOSE to a very high wage garnishment to a stress-free resolution. I also had a follow-up call from Isaiah to ensure all was well. They are personable, friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I'd give DebtEaze 10 stars if I could!

I talk with DOE and was just informed that this company has fraudulent took paidment from me. Now I have to file a claim against the transaction. FYI call the DOE before going through third party assistance.
