Lennon Duncan as well as the other Agents were very kind, helpful and understanding towards my debt situation. They are phenominal in doing the application process. I would definitely recommend DebtPros to anyone who are struggling with credit card debts, owing money to payday lenders, having high interests loans, etc. as DebtPros gave me relief to my financial stress. I never thought I would get out of debt until I found this company and spoke to Mr. Lennon. Thank you very much for everything, for being patient, understanding and for helping me. I spoke with Lennon Duncan after he went over all the paperwork with me and what would come to pass. I agreed to it and signed the contract the next day I felt some remorse. I’m not sure if it was just that I got cold feet, but I just for whatever reason wasn’t prepared to do it so I called Lennon back and spoke to him. He was extremely understanding even though I wasted quite a bit of his time. The only downside to it was that I lost 75% of the payment that I had put in place they were only able to give me 25% back but that that was not his fault that’s just policy so as far as Lennon goes, he was quite empathetic and very understanding . He also mentioned that if somewhere down the road, 10 months away, I decided to use the program then the fees would be covered.

Everyone was very helpful and willing to help me get back on track with my credit. There was in depth conversations to explain everything and walk me through the process.
