Very nice jewellery, quick delivery and excellent customer service.

I received a birthday present from my husband arrived three days late and with part missing. When the star charm for my necklace arrived I nearly choked. I photographed it next to a single grain of rice and the rice was bigger. Be warned!

I purchased a triple gem slice necklace for my daughter for Xmas. She’s only worn it 4 times, kept it in the box and it’s badly tarnished. They are not cheap at £89 and one would expect a lot more wear before this happens. Will not be buying from them again.

I have the 12 mini drops with the 2 necklace lengths in gold tone.
At first I loved these even though I really can’t see the true value bring what was paid. After wearing thought the gold tone on brass has worn of and now is a dirty full colour. I’m very disappointed. If you’re considering buying these please choose the sterling silver version as it is much better value for money.

I ordered one of the birthstone necklaces for a friends birthday and also purchased an additional charm and the gift wrap option.
The team at Decadorn reached out to me straight away to confirm which item I would like gift wrapped, and happily accommodated my request to add the additional charm to the necklace and then gift wrap as one item.
My order arrived beautifully gift wrapped with lovely wrapping paper which felt like a really personal touch.
I couldn't wait to give this to my friend and also see what the necklace looked like in person as I didn't want to spoil the gift wrap.
My friend absolutely loved it and it is a beautiful piece of jewellery. The gemstone charm and the star charm are both so beautiful and well made. The charms are small but really pretty and delicate and as shown on photos on the website.

My experience with Decardon is great. I recently bought the Labradorite Moon & Star Gem Slice Triple Chunky Chain Necklace for my wife and she absolutely loved it, which is great. And despite I was yet again late for buying a gift for my wife and the deadline had passed for shipping, you still managed to get it shipped for next day delivery. I guess you could hear the panic in my voice. Great product and great service, a company that goes the extra mile. Will gladly shop here again.

Terrible quality, the stones are in sliver plated metal that is absolutely not fit for purpose. Even without any wear it turned yellow. The one that I used started peeling after being used couple of times.

The quality of the jewellery is excellent and the laboradite just the colour I wanted. The order arrived very quickly too.

Spent almost £100 on earrings and pendant as a gift. Confident I could have paid less than £30 for the same products. Hoops are very difficult to open and close and are now a tarnished rust colour after sitting unworn in a velvet lined jewellery box. The company did offer to change them to droppers but these really aren't her style so we didn't bother. They will not accept returns on earrings (which is their choice, and is probably because the earrings wouldn't survive any attempt to clean & sterilise them). The gold plating has come off the pendant completely and it has only been worn a handful of times. The chain is also a nasty yellow colour so was changed straight away. I have been offered 20% off and free postage if I'd like to order a replacement as it's now outside of their 12 month repair service. I expect they'd have given me the oppprtunity to give them even more money to repair it if I'd got in touch within the 12 months, after reminding me it shouldn't have come into contact with...anything really, in order to keep its colour. We've never had any issues with plating on other jewellery and believe these products don't justify their price tags. Wouldn't order from this company again.

I kept seeing adverts for Decadorn on Facebook and all of the jewellery looks lovely. As soon as I saw the limited edition Mum and Me pearl necklace I knew I had to have it. Two beautiful pearls and a small gold disc with the initial of my mums name Valerie.
My mum used to call me her precious pearl when I was little and sadly she died last year so this necklace felt extra special. Thank you Decadorn as your jewellery is really beautiful and would definitely recommend to others and be ordering again. Kate

Satisfied customer, good customer service

I was looking forward to receiving my order and I wasn’t disappointed very pleased.

Plated gold chain very orangey. Had to pay for recorded post to return, after already paying for delivery. Very poor, took ages for refund.
