Great products. Fantastic communication. Would buy again, but slightly costly when compared to ebay. Also, delivery took quite a while.

Absolute rubbish. Extremely disappointed.

They're just bad decals, cut badly, wrong design. Just resemble some cheap low effort knock off.

If you care about any kind of accuracy, DON'T buy decals from this shop.

You cannot trust their product photos, my decals looked different and much worse than what was in the photo. I refuse to put this junk on my car.

I ordered RS decals for my newly refurbished brake calipers, and they don't have the red square, they're just an outline - and their photo of the product is misleading because its on red brake calipers, so you can't tell. I even made a note to them in the checkout about this, specifically asking for them to include the red square, and explaining why I couldn't tell if it had it.

Next, the font is wrong - maybe a minor point, but it is. Its like the Arial font stretched out, the spacing is wrong, etc... its just bad.

Another thing is that its not even cut out well, there are areas where its chopped bits off which clearly weren't meant to be. No pride in their work.

Low quality is an understatement. They're awful decals, and presumably awful people who are just looking to make a quick buck, and don't really care about their customers.

They present their products on a .co.uk website, so they ship from overseas, which is dishonest - they never tell you that.

Overall a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company even to my enemies.

Firstly, you have a rating of 2.4 stars. That means a lot of people have had problems with you. Why not admit it, and strive to do better, rather than get defensive? Has it crossed your mind that your arrogance is one of the causes of your low rating, along with the low effort you put into your products and their photos?

I didn't say you hid your location, but using a .co.uk domain it would be good if at some point in the order process it mentions its not being shipped from the UK. But you don't. That's what I mean. I only noticed it just after I placed my order, I should have cancelled it right then.

At no point in the item description does it say that its an "outline" design. The picture is misleading, whether intentional or not. The RS font is also wrong (but it is NOT wrong in the photo, again, misleading, those are not your decals in the photo), and the cutout is inaccurate and has errors as I already described. So yes it was absolutely defective and not as it looked in the picture.

I don't really care what your customer service is like, you already wasted my time, even if you sent the money back I wouldn't care. I told you in the order comments my concern about how they'd look, and what I expected, but you just ignored me, so great customer service there... You could have refunded me at that point but you didn't want to. So why would I bother, its really obvious you don't care.

Also, don't lie about my review history to make yourself look better. My reviews aren't all one star - but so what even if they were? Maybe I just want to warn people about bad companies, and I don't need to do that when they're good. It doesn't make my reviews any less credible. But nice try. Something you don't know is that I actually delete a lot of reviews if they're bad, or update them to a higher rating. If you had been apologetic, admitted the mistakes and said you'd try to improve, I'd probably just delete it. But instead you want to make out like I'm making things up, that you're completely innocent, and I'm some kind of problem you have to endure. Not good.

the sticker prices are great but the delivery takes so long...

Measurements of the decals could be improved on the website, with only height on a decal with both text and graphics you have to "guess" the sizes...

The product is beautiful in colour and easy to apply.

I didn’t got my package in like 10-15 days and i sent an email to the support, the following day I got my package, i texted the support: “thank you for your help”. Then I got an email from them saying they already sent a replacement and saying I should keep it. This was very nice from them.

I have used Decalshouse on two occasions now and found their service very professional. The quality of the decals I ordered were exceptional and of excellent quality and exactly what I required.

I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I ordered some decals from this company about a year ago which never turned up. I then read the reviews online and lots of people had the same experience as where calling them crooks. I swore not to order from them again, but by accident I ordered some decals from them instead of who I usually use. They arrived quite quickly and I’m please with the quality and the look. I can’t complain on this occasion well done 😊

Absolute stars, the live chat is actually live not a bot or just a place to leave a message. Got some decals made up just using pictures as they are rare. Sent in good time and every thing was communicated brilliantly. High quality product and very good value. Cant recommend enough and I will be returning for any future decals..

I would be happy to submit a review, but, to date I have not received orders KKICBNKJV 5/23 & ZGXYKYAQM 6/5. Once they are received I would be more than happy to submit a review.

Cheaper than OEM decal, but poorly packaged (flimsy envelope with content damaged during shipping), and colors quite off from originals.
