I ordered 8 pieces and I received 1 which wasn’t even in my original order but something different. When I asked customer to check the wrong order they reply to send them back the wrong order and my original one is now sold out so they didn’t send anything. Refund in 15 days so it was a pleasure to loan you money.

I received the wrong bike — the model, color, and specifications were completely different from what I ordered. This was a very expensive purchase, so the experience has been extremely disappointing.

I contacted Decathlon Greece immediately by email to arrange the return of the incorrect bike and delivery of the correct one, but it has now been more than a week and I have still received no proper response or solution.

For an order of this value, I expected much better customer service and faster handling of such a serious mistake. Unfortunately, this has been a very poor buying experience, and based on the service I have received, I would not order from Decathlon Greece again.

Έκανα μια παραγγελία ένα surf στην παραγγελία δεν είδα το παραλαβή από το κατάστημα και το έστειλα αλλά σε διάστημα ενός λεπτού στέλνω email να δεχτούν την παραλαβή από το κατάστημα το οποίο δεν δέχτηκαν από την ημέρα εκείνη έως και σήμερα που γράφω το δέμα πάει από τον Άννα στον Καϊάφα με την εταιρεία να με διαβαβαιωνει ότι το δέμα βρίσκεται στην μεταφορική "Ταχυδεμα η οποία έχει δώσει παράδοση σε συγκεκριμένες ώρες...Η αναμονή έδειξε ότι η "Ταχυδεμα έστειλε μήνυμα ότι δεν μας βρήκε σπίτι αφού κάλεσε καί τηλεφωνικά πέρασαν 2 ημέρες δίχως ενημέρωση όπου αποφασίζω να στείλω άνθρωπο δικό μου στα κεντρικά Πατησίων εκει τον διώχνουν με την δικαιολογία ότι δεν γνωρίζουν τίποτα και ότι δεν αναλαμβάνουν μεγάλα δέματα μας στέλνουν 15 χιλιόμετρα μακριά στις αποθήκες της άλλης μεταφορικής thriller στις Αχαρνές το δέμα βρισκόταν ακόμα με πρόβλημα (άγνωστο) φωρτοσης ούτε καν ημερομηνία παράδοσης είχαν...Εντομεταξη τα email με το Decathlon διαβεβαιώνουν με αποστολέα κάποιον Άρη ότι όλα έχουν ρυθμιστεί αφού μας είχαν δώσει αρχικά λάθος μεταφορική το πρόβλημα λύθηκε με παρουσία δικού μου ατόμου από Σαρωνίδα Αχαρνές ο οποίος αυτή την στιγμή ελενχη το δέμα και θα το μεταφέρει ο ίδιος εάν βρεθεί εντέλει σε καλή κατάσταση....

Απολύτως απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών από τη Decathlon Greece.

Παρέλαβα ένα κατεστραμμένο τραπέζι πινγκ πονγκ και ζήτησα την επιστροφή του. Το τραπέζι βρίσκεται στο σπίτι μου εδώ και ΔΥΟ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΟΥΣ ΜΗΝΕΣ και μέχρι σήμερα κανείς δεν έχει έρθει να το παραλάβει.

Εδώ και δύο μήνες επικοινωνώ επανειλημμένα με τη Decathlon. Κάθε φορά μου λένε ότι θα λύσουν το πρόβλημα, ότι θα οργανώσουν την παραλαβή και ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν ξανά μαζί μου. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, κανείς δεν επικοινωνεί και απολύτως τίποτα δεν γίνεται.

Έχω χάσει αδικαιολόγητα πολύ χρόνο επικοινωνώντας ξανά και ξανά με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για ένα πρόβλημα που προκάλεσε εξαρχής η ίδια η Decathlon.

Πλήρωσα για ένα καινούργιο και άθικτο προϊόν. Αντί γι’ αυτό, παρέλαβα ένα κατεστραμμένο προϊόν και δύο μήνες αργότερα εξακολουθεί να βρίσκεται στην ιδιοκτησία μου, επειδή η Decathlon δεν είναι σε θέση να οργανώσει την παραλαβή του.

Και δεν μιλάμε για ένα μικρό αντικείμενο που μπορώ απλώς να βάλω σε μια σακούλα και να επιστρέψω μόνη μου. Πρόκειται για ένα μεγάλο τραπέζι πινγκ πονγκ που καταλαμβάνει σημαντικό χώρο στο σπίτι μου εδώ και δύο μήνες.

Θεωρώ εντελώς απαράδεκτο μια εταιρεία αυτού του μεγέθους να αντιμετωπίζει έναν πελάτη με αυτόν τον τρόπο.

Μετά από δύο μήνες υποσχέσεων χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική ενέργεια, προχωρώ πλέον σε επίσημη καταγγελία στις αρμόδιες ελληνικές αρχές προστασίας καταναλωτή.

Δεν θα συνιστούσα σε κανέναν να παραγγείλει μεγάλο προϊόν από τη Decathlon Greece, εφόσον αυτή είναι η αντιμετώπιση όταν κάτι πάει στραβά.

I would like to make one thing clear from the start: I have been a Decathlon customer for years, I love the company, the products are excellent, and the staff at the physical stores are always flawless and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the online customer service (helpgreecedecathlon), which is simply unacceptable.
On July 27th, I ordered seasonal (summer) products meant for my August holidays. On July 30th, I informed the company that the parcel was never delivered because the items were damaged/stained during transit by ACS courier (which was confirmed by the courier itself).
From that moment on, an absolute nightmare of delays began. Instead of Decathlon immediately replacing the items for their customer and sorting out the issue with their partner courier internally, they put me on hold. We went from one delay to another: it took 10 whole days just to see what would happen with the replacement. Even though I repeatedly stressed that the items were seasonal and I needed them urgently for my holidays, I only received standard, automated-like replies.
Fast forward to August 21st. My holidays have passed, I obviously never received the items to use them when I needed them, I requested a cancellation, and up to this day, August 21st, I haven't even received a refund!
It is unacceptable for such a large company to make the customer bear the waiting time and the cost for an issue caused by their courier, and for the email customer service to operate at a snail's pace. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve helpgreecedecathlon because you are truly doing a disservice to your own brand and the hard work of your physical store employees.

Estimated delivery on their system is totally off. The warehouse in Athens prepares the parcel 4 days later therefore the fast delivery option is a waste of money. Their website promotes fast shipping with ACS for 8.5€ with estimated delivery "the next day" which is misleading information in order to pay the extra shipping costs. The only way to contact them is through Messenger (FB). They gave me the option of canceling the order with full cashback and so the review receives two stars

Πριν μερικές ημέρες αγόρασα ένα μπουφάν αντιανεμικό 29.90 ευρώ. Χρειάστηκε να το επιστρέψω και διάβασα στις οδηγίες επιστροφής ότι έπρεπε να βάλω έξοδα στον ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΕΑ. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να πληρώσω στην ACS 16.80 ευρώ. Δηλαδή η decathlon μου επέστρεψε 29.90 και εγώ πλήρωσα για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος 16.80. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.

Κάνω παραγγελία 28/4/2026 και το σύστημα βγάζει παράδοση 4/5/26. Στέλνω mail στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και λέω ότι επειδή ταξιδεύω 5/5/26 πιστεύω ότι θα μου έρθει στην ημερομηνία που έβγαζε το σύστημα.
Απαντάνε να μην ανησυχώ, όλα είναι σωστά και ότι θα συντομεύσουν την παράδοση. Μένω ήσυχος. Την 4/5/2026 το μεσημέρι δεν βλέπω μεταφορά από την boxnow και επικοινωνώ ξανά. Μου απαντάνε "ξεχάσαμε να το στείλουμε θα το κάνουμε την Τετάρτη 6/5/2026".
Απαράδεκτοι, για να μην πω κάτι χειρότερο.
Να μου έλεγαν δεν μπορούμε να παραδώσουμε να αγοράσω από αλλού.
Δανείστηκα εξοπλισμό για να πάω βουνό.

I have bought a raincoat from Decathlon and this coat serves exactly the purpose. Great fit and adjustable, I can extend the sleeves against rain, good hood and pockets.
Great price !

I order an inflatable Kayak. One of the inflatable baloons had a very slow punture. I returned the baloon and received an acknowledgement that they received it. I thought great they are going to solve the problem. Big mistake after more than a dozen emails and messenger messages I just get an automated response and then nothing. Six months and still going

I ordered something a few days ago, told them to cancel the order and they sent my order two days after i told them to cancel it. Now not only do i have to wait for it to come, and then return it but they also charge a 5 euro fee that could have been easily avoided. Such a joke!!!
