Again still waiting for the remaining items of bottom post skirts that still did not arrive with the second delivery of balustrade kit that was missing from my original purchase this time it arrived in a ripped and opened box after three conversations with your staff and owner but still the same outcome I am very disappointed mr Jude Ss12ojx

Graham the missing kit was delivered two days ago, I haven’t been made aware that the box was damaged and parts still missing. We will send the skirts on a next day delivery on Monday

Good communication
Good communication, vetted photo's of what was to be replaced, set a quick delivery date and the actual delivery was timely and straightforward, quick to offer replacement of a single impaired slat. The materials look good but yet to be installed, fingers crossed I have no probs.

Mission impossible- success 🤩
Deck Kingdom have honestly achieved what felt like mission impossible. Ordering was smooth from start to finish, and I even benefited from some great offers and discounts — always a bonus.
The real challenge, though, was delivery to the Scottish Highlands. I genuinely doubted it would happen without delays or complications… but I was completely wrong. Not only did they deliver, they did so quickly, on time, and exactly as advised.
From Manchester to the northernmost point of the Scottish Highlands — no fuss, no chasing, no stress.

Great communication great product
Great communication, the product( black decking ) I used was great to use and install .
Delivery process was straight forward with good turn around with in a week .

Outstanding service and quality
The composite fencing boards are of a very high quality, I purchased the fencing retro kit which contained everything I needed to replace my old wooden fencing.
Customer services were outstanding and I was really impressed with the delivery service.
The fencing kits were delivered within 4 days of ordering really outstanding service

The product is good however the delivery is poor.
The product is good however the delivery is not the best, the driver rocks up and just wants to throw the stuff out of the van so he can get on his way. I understand they may have traveled some distance however paying £150 delivery I'd hope there was some more communication of when they were arriving and the product me secure in the van not just in the back of a van and scattered from travel. I asked when the delivery would be and was told Friday, Saturday or Sunday to then have a call saying the delivery was outside and he'll "chuck it down the side"

I would just like to say Deck Kingdom as a company are superb, from start to finish with absolutely no problems. Delivery was on Saturday I was at work so my wife took delivery, I was a bit concerned because I know composite deck boards are quite heavy especially when they're 4.8m long but no problems as the driver placed them where she said so she didn't have to move nearly 60 boards on her own ( many thx to the driver) I've been more than happy so far. Thank you Deck Kingdom.
