DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!
I would love to give NO STARS, but this site does not allow.
I ordered (9) 9ft "Lush Norfolk Garlands" but after waiting 2 months, with numerous emails saying that the items were in transit from Scotland, I received (9) 5ft ft garlands that are very sparce.
I contacted that company with pictures of what I ordered and what was sent, I received emails saying their warehouse sent me the correct product. i do not understand how someone can be so "dumb" or dishonest to think that paying for 9ft garland and receiving 5 ft garland is receiving what I ordered.
My order totaled $255 and they have offered me $20 to make things right.
AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

This company is a scam! And they sell your bank information. I can promise you it will turn into a nightmare situation.

I ordered a cedar garland that was supposed to be thick and lush. I now realize they used Hobby Lobby garlands in their advertising. What I received was a brown wire with a few cedar twigs wrapped around it. It was laughable if I hadn't paid for it. I've since learned this is a "brushing" scam. The old adage, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

I ordered Grass seed. never got it. They stated that tracking shows that it was delivered at my door by USPS. I went to USPS with the tracking number and they stated that this is not a real number

I order my stuff two months ago never received one thing !!!! They took my money. Won't answer me on returning my money. Only tell me be patient . What the hell does that mean 🤦🤷.

I ordered the silk flowers on 5/5/25 for a total of $39.68 including tax & delivery however PayPal charged my credit card $51.58. After 43 days I received the silk flowers, 2 bunches packed with a plastic sleeve, the third bunch looked like a return because no properly packed just bunched up inside the USPS plastic bag with several flowers missing or falling. Declarity advertises 100% money back guarantee if not happy with the product, they also advertised Made in the USA which is a lie, according to PayPal made in Hong Kong China and when I contacted to return the flowers because I was not happy, Declarity wanted photos & when I provided they offer me a $4.0 DLL credit. No explanation for the overcharge. I will be filing a complaint with BBB in New York and the Federsl Trade Commission for fraude (false advertisement &overcharge) Owners name is Diane Heditsian at 953 Rhode Island Ave. NY

I was very disappointed in the flowers. The red ones were almost bald. The flowers and several stems were not attached to the main stem.
Quality is extremely poor! If I had known they were not in the U.S. I never would have ordered them. It took almost a month to receive.

haven't received my order of fake flowers on the advertisement it claimed (a symbol) USA it's now been a month they didn't waste any time in cargeing my credit card and is in transit in Poland customs read reviews that the flowers doesn't look anything like the video will never recommend this co.

The arrangement is cheep and looks cheep. They have a great photographer that can make sh_t look a beautiful flower arrangement.

Buyer Beware! They overcharged my account, I put in through PayPal a credit . PayPalcredited my account but awaiting Declaraity for the money back . It’s been over a month no flowers, I find it supposedly shipped from Portugal not the USA. The tracking number doesn’t connect with any American company just a sketchy Core Shipping Service. Facebook has to take some sort of responsibility allowing scam companies to easily operate on their site.

I have not received my order yet, but it's been awhile. I was also led to believe the flowers that I ordered where made in the USA, but the tracking # says they are being shipped from Poland. What?????

I would give a zero if possible! The HUGE flowers they show are NOT what you'll receive! I got two tiny bunches of pure plastic flowers, the size you'd buy at a dollar store!! No response from Declarity, no refund. Total Rip Off! Never spend a dime with this company!

I would give a zero if I could. Never received the item. Tracking info says it was delivered to somewhere in Iowa. I live in North Carolina. Now they are giving me a different tracking number which the USPS says is not a valid tracking number.

Waited forever for the flowers I ordered. When the package arrived, I'd received 4 cheap spatulas instead. Zero response from thier support department.

I've been waiting over a month for my order. I don't think they are going to send it and feel a scam going on.

I am so wishing I had read reviews, as well. I purchased over $100 of garland on November 7, 2024, and it had still not arrived by Christmas. I emailed them on January 9, 2025, to request a review, and they told me they would re-ship the items, Jan. 10, and gave me a new tracking number! On Feb. 7, I contacted them again and they tell me the package was delivered December 27th, with the new tracking number! How is that possible; a tracking no. issued 1/10, matches a package delivered 12/27/24?
To add to that, Pay Pal has denied my dispute, saying the package was delivered. I even went to my local post office, with both tracking numbers, 1st and 2nd package, and neither one are legitimate tracking numbers through USPS. So disappointed and frustrated.

This is the biggest scam. I really wish I would’ve reviewed before I bought shame on me. These type companies should be closed down. I bought garland and stocking hangers from them in Nov never received it . Do not buy anything from this company because you will never receive it. This needs to be investigated by the FBI.

This company is a complete scam. Placed and order and never received it. They are complete scammers and need to be reported.

I ordered Christmas garland same as others that reported here. Took six weeks to arrive after getting numerous emails that the product is being shipped from Ireland than Scotland! I contacted the company numerous times and only got vague replies. Total sham. I paid with PayPal and they have sided with the company because the item was delivered despite the fact it was completely misrepresented and weeks after it was needed. I definitely will not use PayPal for any future retail purchases.

Same complaints as everyone else. Received the garland two months after I ordered it, it is terrible quality and smell so bad. Contacted the company to return the items as the return policy says I can. They have refused to let me do that. I am reporting them as fraud on my credit card.
