The company’s products are fine but when it comes to delivery and customer service they are BAD.
Ordered some slate Chipping’s on a given date, they did not arrive waited in all day. called following day driver arrived in large covered wagon with a manual

fork lifter and could not manage a small dropped drive left bag half on half off road.
Requested he take the load back he drove off on contacting Decorative they stated as far as they were concerned delivery had been made as was half on the pavement .
Look fir a company that uses a crane ir forklifts not this one & who take care if their customer base.

Transport company tried tobe gelpful but could not help until monday as was to late to divert drivers.
When speaking to Lucy she srated that the load was half on pavement and galf on road so consideres delivered thats why she instructed driver to leave I pointedoutthe oavenent and road belonged tyo the council she hung up, so much for customer service.👎

This is the most reliable and conscientious company from whom I have made an order in my life! And I have to have everything ordered and delivered as I am disabled. The order was delivered perfectly on time. But the 'gravel grip' plastic container had leaked into my big bag of gravel meaning it was starting to stick together. In trepidation I lifted the phone and had only said 'The gravel is sticking to..' before the lovely lady said, 'Oh dear, we can't have that! I'll arrange for that to be picked up and send out another load straight away! In fact, on hearing my situation she changed my order and sent the gravel packaged in bags which make it easier for me. I could not have been more kindly or thoughtfully treated!

Placed a online order for decorative slate and a bag of Scottish pebbles.
Quality was excellent especially the Scottish pebbles, just what we wanted. They kept us informed every step of the way. I had used them before but was a few years ago and so I was a returning customer. I Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

As a result of purchasing two sample bags of 20mm aggregates,decided on Cotswold Golden gravel. Ordered two bulk bags which were promptly delivered in 48hours. Concerns that they might have to be left at the the kerb didn’t arise. Despite our drive being on a slight slope, the pallets were placed exactly where I wanted by a young driver who worked from a transport yard a couple of miles from where we live in Broadway. Evidently Decorative Aggregates delivered to the local yard and from there to us. Ironically we live in the Cotswolds yet this stone is treated elsewhere in the country to be returned to where it’s quarried.
My only criticism regarding the aggregate is the amount dust (finings)in the bags despite what I have read about the treatment plant removing this by washing and tumble drying.
Expecting just to shovel from the bags into my prepared area, I’m having to riddle and wash each barrow load to avoid these finings accumulating on the weed prevention fabric, encouraging their growth and undermining the very reason for laying this and the aggregate. A time consuming process I hadn’t expected. On a positive note, I am very pleased with my efforts and the results achieved.

The delivery is not as per the videos sent by the company and cancellation is costing more than the item itself. Absolutely do not recommend this company or their delivery partner company as not appropriate for the items they sell.

Ordered 5 ton delivered to house ,unable to offload no hiab ,only a pallet lifter. Unable to deliver .so order was cancelled cost me £791-10 had the cheek to charge us £325 for there error , was told by Lucy Baker ,be glad to hear from your solicitor then hung up, Never get anything from them ,PS never had a receipt or terms emailed to us before delivery ,offer it after I complained. My Order was delayed 1day but I was informed of next delivery which was on a Saturday it arrived just has they said it would the blue slate was in 40 kilo bags which worked out well for get them on the garden.

Ordered for delivery Friday, phoned for an ETA at 11, the lady on the phone was very helpful as was the delivery driver. No issues with product, will definitely use agin

Have made many orders from this company and always had a good product and a good experience. They sell quality goods, a wide choice and competitively priced and well packaged. What always swings it for me is the palleted delivery meaning the pallets can be brought up the flat drive and kept out of the way, much better than a kerbside crane drop and much more secure.
They have answers whenever I have questions, delivery is pretty quick and the drivers always chatty and helpful.
