Recently I decided to replace a broken part on a very large Shademaker umbrella. I called the company to inquire about purchasing the part. I was given the email address for Bill Ferris at Decor Outdoor.
Bill was absolutely fantastic. It did not matter that I purchased the umbrella at a different store (the question never even came up). He responded quickly and from just a few pictures and my less than expert knowledge, he was able to determine which part I needed. When a problem popped up with shipping, he explained the issue and helped to resolve the problem in a way that was mutually beneficial. I couldn’t be more pleased with the help that I received. I highly recommend Decor Outdoor. I really appreciate that the Shademaker company recommended Bill to me.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the communication.
On the product page for the item you ordered, the expected lead time of a week is listed below the Add to Cart button. However, it's possible that you didn't see the message. We'll see if there are ways for us to make it more pronounced.
When your order shipped on time the following week, we sent an email alert with the tracking number and shipping service. Did you receive it? If not, it's possible that it went to spam or a firewall prevented it from reaching your inbox. We're checking into ways to ensure our email messages are not flagged as spam, since missed communications can be frustrating for everyone.

The H55 is a great casual lounge chair and it's nice that Skargaarden offers replacement slings. However, there are no images of just the slings, so it's easy to see how some folks get confused. Hope you get many years of enjoyment out of them.
