I moved from 3-bed to 4-bed + workshop/cabin and garden stuff using 3 luton vans. 3h out, 2h in. Job done, all good, no complaints.

Friendly, honest and respectful. Made moving look easier than it is. Fantastic team!!!

Trusted this Company to move me from a three bedroomed home to a smaller accommodation. My complaint is against the Company and Customer Service which is none existent. They promise one thing, and resorted to doing the least on the day, demanding extra fees for more boxes, and hiding behind the small print of the contract.
Promised Packers only for one person arrive to condense a three bedroomed home, under stairs cupboard, large kitchen and garage into boxes - too large a task for one person! My issue is not with the Packer, but the company, who thinks this is acceptable because they claim he was a professional packer??
Charged for extra boxes - despite doing a video walkthrough prior. When challenged was told to go and buy the boxes myself or pay the fee quoted - leaving me no, or little choice on the moving day!
2 small vans arrived on the day - none uniformed staff - van unmarked. This was not the advertisement I bought into.
No resolution, and could never speak to the same person or whoever I done the original booking with again. Unconvincing names used.
Poor service, offering no genuine resolution, or acceptance of wrongdoing. The offer of 1/2 price removal the next time I use them again is cheeky, as I would never trust, recommend or use them again!
Not the cheapest Firm that I had contacted, yet the advertisement and promises were the reasons to go ahead and use them. The job was done on the cheap!
Unacceptable and inappropriate customer service.
I will never recommend or use this cowboy outfit again - they are not what they so cleverly advertise to be.

An absolutely terrible experience with this company.
They conducted a video assessment of our house and provided a quote; as we had a lot of belongings it was a day to pack and a day to load and move. Team to be on site between 8-9am on day one. Two 5.5 tonne trucks on day 2.
Despite me phoning and checking all was ok the day before, THEY DID NOT TURN UP on the packing day, and when I called them I got different reasons as to why… technical issues with their system, wrong day booked…. Huge red flag. I’m told they will have ‘3 or 4’ people turning up. That’s a bit vague for my liking, so I pressed ‘Sarah’ for the exact number. 3 people.
Midday arrives and two people arrive. Another red flag.
Lovely guys, very relaxed. They get on and start packing. No issues with these two, get on with the job. Boxes packed and stacked, marked up and ready to go.
They look around at all the belongings and say this is a four van job, not two. They call their boss.
‘Sarah’ calls back, waffles a bit and tells me I need to pay another £800 as they’ll need another 5.5 tonne lorry. I’m not happy (Bait and Switch anyone?); they reviewed and quoted, they are supposed to be the experts, it’s on them to get it right. However I also need to move, so I’ll compromise. She won’t do this so I ask to speak to the boss. He calls, on the charm offensive.
He dismisses the need for four lorries, saying the packing guys don’t know how to estimate. Huge red flag when the boss doesn’t trust his team. He’s wrong but I’m not going to argue, I’ve got a backup plan in my head. So fine. We make a deal on the third lorry, and agree an 8am start. My backup plan kicks in; it’s clear I HAD TO HIRE MY OWN LUTON VAN, at 4.30pm the day before moving (Thank you Enterprise!) and my 14 year old son and I pack most of the garage workshop items; a full lorry load. Moving day arrives and four guys rock up at 8.30 in two vehicles; one 3.5 tonne, one 5.5 tonne. Very relaxed. Two more arrive with another 3.5 tonne lorry; I’m not even surprised anymore that they are pulling a fast one with the van sizes. I’ve told them we need to be out by midday. No problem apparently. They crack on moving boxes, all good, bunch of nice guys. They flag the fact i’ve emptied most of the garage. They think they have ample capacity in their trucks. The hours tick on. We’re not going to hit the 12 o’clock deadline. I’m on the phone to the estate agents and solicitors covering that off. The team tell me another two hours. At 1pm they tell me they need another lorry, or can we empty a lorry at the new house and they can return?. I explain that we haven’t got the keys yet as we haven’t moved out of our current house…
The estate agents help out a lot to get things sorted; we get keys for the new house and get our own loaded van over and unpacked ourselves.. Meanwhile Deen tell me they’ve got another van heading in from London to get the last load.
We finally get everything packed and vacate by 3pm. Highly, highly stressful.
Moving stuff in to the new house was pretty straightforward. Finally all done.
I would never, ever, in a million years recommend this company. The hard-working guys on the ground are ok (although not uniformed as per the contract) but the management team are not honest, reliable or professional.
Pay more and go elsewhere.
