Second time I’ve ordered from here and unfortunately item didn’t arrive. They chased this up and Royal Mail have lost the package. I was given a full refund quickly.

My parcel was not received I have to email twice to check and was emailed back saying the parcel was lost and they have returned my money which I haven't yet received poor service management.

Actually its no stars. The shoes have not arrived.Nobody answers the phone the email address is not recognised.I think as they say in London they have done a runner.

Since the first review Found a email they have responded to for those interested.I have received a reply to say a refund has been issued-we will see in the coming days .
