**Failure to give Refund, cancel auto renew and Customer Service is as bad as the "Agent" assisting my video. He laughed because he took over half of my tokens. This company is unprofessional and do not deliver.

I am writing to formally request a refund and to report a deeply concerning experience I had while using your platform on the evening of April 14, 2026. I purchased $120.00 worth of credits (200 tokens) with the expectation of receiving the services advertised. However, after attempting to generate one incomplete video and two images, approximately half of my tokens were deducted without delivering any usable results.Even more concerning, I observed what appeared to be a live interaction or internal conversation taking place during my session. The behavior I witnessed was highly unprofessional and inappropriate, and at times felt invasive and unsettling. It gave the impression that my experience was not being handled with the level of professionalism or privacy one would reasonably expect.

As a professional working in the real estate industry, I rely heavily on digital tools and platforms. I was introduced to your service after having excellent experiences with other AI platforms, which I regularly recommend to colleagues and brokers within my network. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic standards of service, and it raises serious concerns about both reliability and user trust.At this point, I am requesting:A full refund of the $120.00 purchase. I intended to purchase a monthly subscription, but I was charged for an annual plan without clear notice.

I requested a refund immediately after the payment, and I have not used the service at all. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund and only offered credits.

There is no proper customer support other than email, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

This case is currently under chargeback dispute with my card issuer and has also been reported to consumer protection authorities.

Please be cautious before subscribing.

I signed up for a subscription with DeeVid in may 2025, when they were one of the few companies making ai clips from old photos.

Now pretty much all the ai's can do it and much more cheaply than DeeVid. However, DeeVid refuses to cancel my subscription. They just keep billing every single month regardless or whether I ask them to cancel, or whether I manually cancel in my account.

Absolutely terrible AI,and honestly, I feel the ai is trained to waste users credits, and to maximise usercredits. I have seen a pattern over the past few months and I believe its intentional, and the company simply care about money over quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, its not worth the frustration when youre trying to genuinely collaborate with ai as a tool to help with your design job. Even as a hobby, I would use ChatGPT as you can generate images that are far more superior and at a fraction of the cost.

Do not give them your card info. I bought one month pro subscription and the AI results were ok. I did not need the tool anymore so I wanted to cancel my subscription, but I does not let me. Also I can not see or delete my card info from the page or delete my account. Absolute scam.

Beim Lite Abo wird einem suggeriert, das man 40 Videos mit 200 Credits machen kann. Weit gefehlt.20 Credits werden für ein normales 3-4 Sek. Video verlangt. Das wären 10 Videos. Aber da die KI manches nicht richtig abbildet, muss man nacharbeiten. Mindestens 10 Credits. Wir hatten mehr erwartet! Credits nachkaufen ist unverschämt teuer. Also passt auf und sucht eine bessere Software!

I signed up with them earlier last year. I never had any problems with it. The video rendering was quick and accurate for what I wanted. The credit was fine too.

When I needed to talk to a customer service agent, they were quick to respond. I waited for no more than 24 hours.

The initial trial experience was good, but once I'd paid, the results were terrible. You then have to use your credits to regenerate in order to get better results. I wanted my money back 30 minutes after purchasing, and they said it wasn't possible, but gave me more credits to use each month. The AI results are poor. I feel scammed out of nearly £ 100. Surely there's a cooling-off period? I thought 30 minutes would have done it. Don't use it.

I had a very disappointing experience with DeeVid AI.
I unintentionally ended up with an annual subscription (€107), and despite not using the platform at all, getting a refund was unnecessarily difficult. The company initially refused a full refund and only offered partial compensation after multiple emails. This already raises concerns about how much they prioritize customer experience.
What made things worse is that even after resolving part of the issue, the platform itself is not user-friendly. There are no clear instructions on how to actually create videos, and basic questions (like video length limitations) are not transparently explained. It feels like you're left on your own after payment.
Overall, the experience feels more focused on locking in revenue than supporting users.
I would strongly recommend being very careful before subscribing.

Predatory pricing practices. They renew your subscription without you explicitly stating for them to do so and without informing you that they have done. then try to offer your credits when you request a refund. I hear people say this all the time , and I thought it was cliche , but this is exactly how I feel: if I could give zero stars , I would. I'd begrudgingly give them a one star rating because it is required.

They enticed with free creation of video, short and good output without educating the user about credit attached to the subscribing. After making payment, the credit just finish remaining 2 within some hour of day 1 of first month. I cannot do anything again because there is no credit. I have asked them to stop subscription and I hope they will not deduct money next month (April).

Very disappointing experience.
No matter how detailed and specific the prompt is, the AI repeatedly ignores instructions. Scenes are misplaced, characters have extra limbs, reflections appear when explicitly forbidden, and positioning directions are ignored.
The most frustrating part is that diamonds are consumed for every failed attempt, with no refund system for clearly incorrect generations.
It feels like users are forced to spend more diamonds due to repeated system errors.
The service is expensive and unreliable.
Poor quality control and no protection for users’ in-app currency.
I do not recommend this platform.

⚠️ WARNING – UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES / POSSIBLE FRAUD

I purchased a small trial plan for about $7 USD to test the service. After that, I was charged $120 USD without my authorization.

I never approved any additional subscription. The invoice provided lacks basic legal company information (address, country, tax ID), which is highly concerning.

My advice:
👉 Do NOT enter your card details on this platform.
👉 There is a serious risk of misuse of your financial information.

I have already reported this transaction to my bank as unauthorized.

Their AI isn't ready for the market and their customer service isn't helpful. Actually, they're rude. Their trial can be as little as $15 a month and you will burn through your points because it cannot follow simple prompts. Even with their guidance on how to write a proper prompt. And all their CS will do is apologize. You can buy more points but it's not visible to people w/o a subscription. I thought I bought 4000 points for $30 but it was $300. They do not credit your points for their bad AI. Even if you provide proof with correct prompts. It's created so fun animations, but it's at a terrific cost so it's not worth your time or money using this AI.
