We couldn't have asked for a better mortgage and life insurance advisor than Carla and The Financial Alliance. From the very beginning, she guided us through every step of the process, giving us clear advice, explaining everything in a way we could understand, and pointing out what to look out for and what to avoid.

Thanks to her knowledge, support, and confidence in us, we felt comfortable enough to buy a house without using a makelaar. We were successful on our very first viewing and our very first bid was accepted! We genuinely don't think we would have had the confidence to do that without Carla's guidance.

She was always available to answer our questions, kept us well informed, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and exciting. It's obvious that Carla truly loves what she does, and that passion shines through in the care and dedication she gives her clients.

Ze gaf duidelijk advies, legde alles op een begrijpelijke manier uit en wees ons op waar we op moesten letten en welke valkuilen we beter konden vermijden.

Dankzij haar kennis, begeleiding en het vertrouwen dat ze ons gaf, voelden wij ons zeker genoeg om een huis te kopen zonder een makelaar. Bij onze allereerste bezichtiging brachten we direct een bod uit, en dat bod werd ook nog eens geaccepteerd! Zonder Carla hadden we waarschijnlijk nooit het vertrouwen gehad om dit op die manier aan te pakken.

Ze stond altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden, hield ons goed op de hoogte en maakte een proces dat best spannend kan zijn een stuk overzichtelijker en zelfs leuk. Je merkt aan alles dat Carla enorm veel plezier heeft in haar werk, en dat zie je terug in de persoonlijke aandacht, betrokkenheid en toewijding waarmee ze haar klanten helpt.

Wij zijn haar ontzettend dankbaar voor alles wat ze voor ons heeft gedaan en kunnen haar van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar eerlijk, deskundig en persoonlijk advies.

She is very personable and was always available and willing to take the time to answer any questions we had through multiple meetings, calls or Whatsapp messages. She helped us step by step throughout the process and made sure we were aware of the most important information regarding costs and procedure at each stage.

Tijdens onze zoektocht naar een huis zijn wij uitstekend geholpen door Magda. We konden haar altijd een bericht sturen of bellen en kregen snel reactie.
Mede door hun hebben wij binnen 3 maanden een huis gekocht en was alles financieel ook snel geregeld.

We were checking to buy an appartment in the Metropolitan area of the Netherlands. The process is very confusing for an expat. They helped with arranging for a mortgage with a favourable rate, guided us with the process and mediated for us with the notary.
Added bonus! The helped us set up our utilities in our new house. They can help with referring a trustworthy tax partner. Definitely worth the cost! We had no stress or doubts during the entire process!!
