Had a bit of an order snafu and the customer service I received was excellent - was surprised at how quickly it was resolved and a new pair ordered. Really appreciated their help and patience with me.

The shoes apparently are shipped from China and you will be offered $8 if you decide to return them - run the other way - these shoes are NOT comfortable- they also are NOT. Returnable ….. run run run the other way - spend you $80 on a pair if adidas or Nike - same if not less expensive and reliable if you need to return them!!! This company is not worth spending a penny on!!!! Seriously - run in another direction!!!

The shoes feel very comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that they are very wide; I had to tighten the laces so that my foot felt secure, and they didn't look so wide.

Do not fall for the trap of ordering these shoes. They clearly come out of a chop shop somewhere in China. They are not at all as advertised and it is a nightmare to get a refund or return your items. I know the person emailing me is only doing their job probably earning a horrible wage but it is still very frustrating. Please do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company.

I ordered two pair initially….took weeks to get them in… smell horrible…. I wore them all day and my feet hurt so bad…contacted “customer service” and after about 3 emails was told I could not return them….and offered me a discount to buy another pair…what would I want another pair?? They hurt my feet!! I’m on my feet a lot, never had shoes hurt my feet like these. And they will do nothing!!!!

I had a problem with my delivery and the team went well over expectations to fix. The response was quick and more than satisfactory. Also love the new sneaks.

I love my new Couldea 2.0 shoes! I have bad plantar fasciitis and was hoping for comfy, supportive shoes I could teach and walk in. The insoles are removable, so I put them into my less supportive slippers and used my orthotics in the shoes. They have a super roomy toe box and didn’t squash my orthotics either. I wore them all day and my feet didn’t hurt. That’s a first for new shoes!

I absolutely LOVE my 2.0s. This is my 3rd pair of shoes from DeFlorance, first pair of 2.0s. I was honestly nervous to order them because I was already in love with the first version. However, I couldn’t beat the deal and pulled the trigger. I was astonished to find that the new design was as comfortable as advertised. I would have given a five star rating but after wearing the second time, the fabric in the tongue of one of my shoes pulled apart. I’ve been able to hide with the shoelace but not sure if I received a defect on that one pair. Regardless to say, I still love them.

I work in a hospital and this is the first time that my feet havent been cramping when I get home at night.

Timeliness - The order takes a few weeks (3 in my case) to arrive, but I was expecting this. I received a few emails confirming my order, shipping and delivery, so that was good.
Sizing - I ordered my usual size (US 8) and may need half a size down, I've only used them once and they are wide so not sure yet on the size. They have a sizing guideline, but assuming I did it correctly I would've ended up with a shoe 1-2 sizes too large.
Product - Quality seems good and they are comfortable. It was a hit with everyone that saw them, so I'm going to say cute as well!
Customer Service - I didn't need to interact so I can't comment.

Purchased two pairs for my daughters and cannot wait to see their faces when they get these for Christmas! They look amazing! Fashionable and trendy!

The website was very easy to navigate! The bundle was a great deal and the shoes are my favorite that I have bought in a very long time!

These shoes are cute looking but the arch support and comfort are not what the company claims. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone that is on their feet for long periods. They become uncomfortable quickly.

I originally placed my order on December 1st, 2025. I ordered the 1.0 version because they were on sale, upon ordering one pair they automatically charged me for two Instead of the one. I received neither pair (even though the first pair says they were delivered on December 26th, I didn't receive them) I will have to say due to all of this my money was refunded for both pairs in a timely manner and the company offered me a discount on a future purchase. I have had great communication with the customer service team. Just know delivery will take forever since they are coming from China.

These do not fit, are uncomfortable and made of cheap materials. In order to return they must be shipped back to china. Clearly something else is going on here. Frustrated and annoyed.

Easy ordering and shipped on time

I am a 9 1/2, they sent a 9 which is huge.. then said I have to pay international shipping back.. ridiculous
