Most importantly, they do not pay. This is one of those firms where if they didn’t scam, they could’ve done well. Especially with their great marketing. Since launch, their website and backend had problems. Account metrics not updating, breached accounts not being breached, etc. The broker they work with, Kubera, provides the absolutely worst spreads in the industry. Previous “VP” was a weirdo. Emails are no longer being answered, except for occasional standard copy-and-paste replies. ZERO STAR.

The most useless firm in the history. Passed phase 1 & 2. Got real account and requested for withdrawal, it's been more than 2 months I have been waiting and they are just giving 'we are having trouble with this and that and will solve the problem. Please be patient'. They are showing people getting paid in social media and I have no idea who are they paying, it's a trap guys. Please don't buy from this firm and waste your money. They are complete rubbish

Will never buy from this company ever again. Bought challenge passed it and reached payout and it’s been months with no communication or ETA on payout. It really sucks a company will take people money and not payout what a shame. Dei should just shut down at this point

Cleared both phases successfully ,in funded account i requested payout since 1 month .i tried for atleast my subscription fees for 50000 dollar acc but still waiting for atleast back my subscription fees.customer support reply very fast everytime .dei funded experience extremely very good so far only point is payout ....whether i will recieve payout ...Deifunded benefits good customer report i mess many times n they replying instantly low subscription fees,very less spreads,sat n sunday crypto trading available ....only payout is waiting....lets see

The fraud. They ban traders and they don’t show discord link so that newbies don’t know they are scammer. They don’t pay for trader, just want to get more and more money

*Support is useless.
*They dont pay.
*They make useless excuses to delay your payout.

Avoid this website at all costs, v1 platform is slower than a tortoise, i have sent support tickets and pending 2 months and no response at all. Hope I at least help save others from being scammed like me.

False breach of funded account. No response to queries questioning the decision. Discord link in the website doesn't work. The discord chat is very negative.

support@ deifunded.com is just the website with the email contact that doesn't reply and the broken discord link.

I requested my payout on 15.03.24. I have mentioned very often by e-mail that it is about time to arrange my payout. 5 times to be exact.

I don't understand what the problem is with just being fair and paying people their payouts.

In every reply from this "company", they tell you to be patient. Patience patience patience. There are many other traders on the Discord server describing the same problem. Some of them have been waiting for their payouts since February.

Under no circumstances should you buy a challenge from this "company".

Unless you like being taken for a ride.

Fundingpips is just as cheap and pays reliably.

NEVER BUY A CHALLENGE FROM DEIFUNDED

I have now had a support question open for more than 2 weeks with no response at all. It seems, that as soon as I passed my challenge and got a funded account, all communication stopped.
I will strongly recommend everybody to stay away from this prop firm.

Unfortunately, Deifunded didn't solve their problem yet. No KYC and no payout for 4 weeks (probably will be longer). After I pass both evaluation steps, they didn't provide me second free challenge with BOGO50 "special" offer.
Nevertheless, Deifunded do not response on my support requests on their platform and emails.
I'm keep believing that someone will contact with me.

UPD#1: second challenge account received
UPD#2 (19.05.2024): 1.5 months passed since I requested a payout. I didn't receive a response to any support request. @Deifunded support, I understand that probably you prioritized support for clients with bigger income and longer trading history, but you definitely lost my trust.

Totally scam, deifunded try to delay all payout to avoid chargeback from the user

Do not trade with this firm. You will be lucky to get payout after 2 months. I still have not got my payout that was due over a month ago. I don't think I will ever get it they stole my money do not waste your time or energy.

The registration process for a funding account challenge was seamless and smooth

Waited for 2 months now for my payout and refund. Discord mods are just saying be patient and joke around. Biggest scam and joke firm in the industry rn

Not happy. Bought multiple accounts when US residents were allowed. There is no official annoucement in their discord or official email or any DeiFunded social platforms that they are stopping US trades from trading on their platform. I bought another account recently and the MT5 challenge account credentials did not work and when I raised discord support ticket that is when I got to know that they are not issuing accounts to US traders. In the ticket they responded with question as to why I bought account when I am trading from USA. Their online website never displayed any warning or any note saying US traders are not allowed. They offered refund as they were unable issue new challenge account. I have been waiting nearly a month for them to start with process of refund request. As of today I am still waiting for the refund to be processed.

Update 5/3/2024:
Thank you. Received refund. I bought multiple accounts and are not usable now. I am one of the OG members in the DeiFunded discord group and rooted for this company based on the prop firm profile and being Australian based. I hope DeiFunded will come out all the issues and be stronger again. Allowing US traders with a new platform solution is still a long way I guess. Good luck.
