Good support

Deifunded is the WORST customer support in all firm industry, when you have problem you won’t get help, email not replay, discord ticket get cancelled. You just pray they will help you in somedays in the futures maybe week maybe not, they just like no one work there. And after you complain about that, they will said “thanks for your patience we are tireless working here”, BS !! It is should not have any company’s customer support slow like them in the world. This is extremely disrespectful their customer and no will to help us. Sincerely advice DONT BUY any challenge in this firm, even 50% discount and buy 1 free 1 such thing, totally not worth it !!! The most worst and bad experience in trying propfirm in my life, not joking just don’t buy it.

37 days have passed and still i have not received my payout and they are not even replying now on purpose. 20$ discord mods delete messages and ban people and fake VP Brin Taylor has proven Dei Funded is a scam firm.

From all the prop firms i tried, i had the worst expirience here. They make their own rules and you wait for weeks that you get answer from anybody.

This company is the Definition of SCAM. It really doesn't get more cutthroat, dirty, or dishonest than dei. They only pay people they can afford to. The whole Dashboard and Mt5 messing up was a scam and really not that difficult to figure out. All it was, was a scheme to build liquidity. Think about it. "ACT" like the dashboard and mt5 is messed up and data incorrect so people continue to trade" make actual capital" slip them really heavy. Then wait a month or longer to tell them they are breached. So they keep everything from your account.
Because they can set or change daily loss manually whenever they want. THATS A LOT OF EXTRA LIQUIDITY. Played us all like a trumpet. I do hope they don't think they can get away with it. The part that upsets me is that they will literally do it anybody. I was literally the most loyal person to them and I was with them since they opened the website in November. Now it's totally different. ONE LAST SAD UPDATE 3/17 I AM NOW HOMELESS. ITS OFFICIAL.WAITING ON 1600 IN PAYMENTS. SO EMBARRASSED. UPDATE 3/14 DEIFUNDED put yourself in your customers shoes for ONE SECOND. WE HAVE CHILDREN AND BILLS. People on here giving 5 star is phony. Even the last guy said he had to wait 2 extra weeks. Its not a single broker or prop firm in the world thats 2 or 3 weeks late on payments. He said he was waiting two weeks. Ive been waiting 3 going on 4 weeks. NOBODY CAN BE LATE IN THE REAL WORLD. i actually trade full time so yeah i depend on my payouts AND GUESS WHAT RENTS PAST DUE. I GUESS ILL HOMELESS UNTIL I GET PAID. I KNOW THIS ALSO. IF YOU CHECK MY SOCIAL MEDIA. OR BACKROUND YOULL SEE IVE HAD A LOT OF DEATHS OF CLOSE FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I HAVE NO ONE LEFT FOR SUPPORT. I learned how to trade and it took almost 6 years to get the consistency in trading. It speaks volumes that they don't even respect or care to answer TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. Come on DEIFUNDED GUYS. He recently was joking about him and the co founder spending customers profits on cocaine. I didn't find it funny in the least bit especially when I'm owed a payout that I very much need. The guy ended up being friends with the coflunder because apparently they hang out at the beach together . I was kicked off discord for defending myself and customers against this cyber bulky without me giving a fair explanation or asking my side at all.
I then try to contact someone about what happened and of course I'm ignored everywhere . I've traded with this company since they started and have been very patient with them. I always voulenteer to help. I shouldn't have been treated like that at all. They laugh and joke while people wait weeks for payout as if they don't have families. I honestly don't know what to expect. I was very earnest about everything for dei..now who knows.. I have no clue why I was betrayed but I hope to at least get an answer. Traders trust me I have no reason to lie. If I could post screenshots I would. 3 DAYS LATER UPDATE **: STILL NO PAYMENT. AND IM NOT EVIL. THEY PAY ME ILL CHANGE BACK TO 5 STAR review just because I understand they are a new company. But that doesn't give an excuse for bad customer service. Maybe it's not all of the employees but the one bad Apple can ruin the batch. 3 days ANOTHER UPDATE: STILL NO PAY STILL NO COMMUNICATION. Next day. UPDATE UPDATE. I HOPE SOMEONE READS. Still no payout. I literally had the conversation with my landlady trying to explain what's going on. She laughed and said I'll need you out if you don't have the money. Christ help.NEXT DAY UPDATE ** STILL NOTHING You ever promised poor kids pizza thinking a company will be honest at some point? So if you actually care about anyone that may depend on you. These guys will disappoint. I will change it I get paid and the kids can get thier pizza. Maybe it will give you guys a good look again. NEXT DAY UPDATE ** STILL NOTHING . I GUESS ILL FIND A WAY TO FEED THE KIDS. ILL STILL CHANGE TO 5 STARS IF I GET MY PAYMENT.

Very good team behind it. Met all promises, just had a small problem at launch. But high payouts being received every day, myself included.

Forgot to apply the coupon code they only give me one I'd and not refunded any amount

Giveaways,bogo and all, making people to rush the prop firm, and later they will criticise the prop firm, after the prop firm tries to provide opportunities for evryone.

I jst hope, deifunded try to prove to the public with its crediblity and 100% transperency of it operations,so as to keep the conscience,approach of people towards this firm. And also provide more clearity of payout to the general public so as to clear the doubtfulness of some individuals in the social media space.

Dei funded still remains the best.

Support team is useless.
I mistakenly miss spelt my email address why purchasing a 50k evaluation account as such I didn’t get my account log in credentials.
It’s been over 2 weeks I have been mailing them but they don’t respond. I have even chatted them on Twiter, Instagram and Facebook but they’re still ignoring me.
I don’t have my money back and I don’t have my evaluation account credentials.

dei Have a Some Problems in their V1 Dashboard & Payout Time. But All Are Working Manually So Its Take Time But Not Immediately but definitely

I am writing this review to warn potential clients about my disappointing experience with Dei Funded. Despite adhering to their stated rules and guidelines, I encountered unjust rejection of payouts and encountered roadblocks in seeking clarification.

Firstly, despite ensuring that I did not breach any of their rules, my payout was rejected without valid explanation. Despite providing evidence to support my compliance, Dei Funded refused to address the issue adequately.

What's more concerning is their response—or lack thereof—when attempting to seek clarification. They not only ignored my emails but also blocked my mail ID, effectively preventing any further communication. This lack of transparency and willingness to address legitimate concerns is deeply troubling.

Dei Funded's practices are misleading, and their customer service is severely lacking. I strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this firm to avoid wasting time and risking financial losses. There are undoubtedly better options available elsewhere.

In conclusion, my experience with Dei Funded has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and look for a reputable firm that values its clients and operates with transparency and integrity.

I am funded and have been with Deifunded from the early days through all the dramas with the v1 dashboard but still put good faith in them and believed they are legitimate firms trying to do their best but today is one of the most disappointing experiences so far
The dashboard v2 MT5 got a glitch that rejects orders, I used the Social Trader tool to copy trade two accounts one funded phase and the 2nd account on phase 1 got the glitches so the order was rejected. The trade ended up winning with 12k profit that was supposed to bring the account balance from 195k to 207k (Submitted all the evidence of the trades, profit from other account and rejected order) and got responded to issue another challenge to start again as compensation.
4 trading days of effort to make it halfway past and have to start again doesn't sound like compensation but more like a penalty to me. The staff said it is out of their power to do anything else as the decision has been made. I hope the management team can look into the issue and consider the right compensation for ppl who are supposedly in profit but had to start again

Dashboard V1 I'm in it which is not clear, not clear, and not straightforward This causes many people to waste time trading. MT5 does not block if we break the rules. DEIFUNDED refused my payout. Claimed to have broken the DD rules in the FAQ stating BALANCE BASE. I hope everyone will escape from unfair and exploitative funds, even though the whole thing is caused by Their system and management are not good. Don't waste your time on DEIFUNDED.

I have not received a second account for the BOGO50 promotion and have had no response from support for more than 2 weeks. I will now try to get my money back - in my opinion absolutely not recommendable!

Scam firm, don‘t pay, so many issues since day 1 and never fixed anything. Just trying to scam as many people as possible before they get canceled.
