Your order has experienced an unexpected delay due to international shipping and alcohol export restrictions from Japan, which required additional processing time with our logistics partners. We can confirm that your bottle is now on its way and is scheduled to be delivered on the 14th of this month.

We also sincerely apologize for the gap in communication you experienced over the holiday period. While we strive to respond promptly at all times, our customer service team was operating with limited availability during the Christmas holidays, and we regret that this was not communicated more clearly.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We completely understand your concern - it can be surprising to see significant price differences, especially for a bottle that looks identical at first glance.

The Suntory Toki you saw locally is indeed a widely available expression, and we agree it's a great whisky for its price. The version we offered was presented as a limited-edition collector’s item, packaged to celebrate Suntory’s 100th anniversary, which included custom boxing and was priced accordingly for the collector’s market.

That said, your feedback is valid, and we appreciate you pointing this out. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
