**VERY BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER FROM DEL GAUCA**

On January 31, 2025, I placed an order (order number #4369) for a pair of loafers. Only afterward did it become clear that the delivery time would be 3 weeks — something that was not clearly communicated beforehand.

We are now approaching May, and I still haven’t received anything. There has been no clear update about when (or if) my order will ever be delivered.

To make matters worse, I have repeatedly requested in writing to cancel my order and receive an immediate refund. Given the extreme delay, this is completely reasonable. However, Del Gauca refuses to cooperate and fails to respond properly.

This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers are being misled, kept waiting, and their money is being held without delivery or a proper solution.

**My advice: DO NOT ORDER from this website.** This is an unreliable webshop that does not honor its commitments and shows no respect for its customers.

Save yourself the frustration and choose a trustworthy seller instead.

Drie maanden geleden heb ik een paar schoenen besteld bij dit bedrijf. Kort na mijn bestelling kreeg ik per e-mail te horen dat de levering vertraagd was en dat het maximaal 3 weken kon duren. Inmiddels zijn we meer dan 12 weken verder en heb ik mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen via e-mail, maar ik krijg geen reactie meer. Ook wordt mijn verzoek om de bestelling te annuleren niet behandeld.

Zeer slechte service en geen communicatie. Bestel hier geen schoenen, want je loopt het risico lang te wachten zonder duidelijkheid of oplossing.

**SLECHTE ERVARING –**

Ik schrijf dit namens een vriend die op 31 januari 2025 een bestelling plaatste (ordernummer #4369). De levertijd zou 3 weken zijn, maar na meer dan 4 maanden is er nog steeds niets geleverd.

Hij heeft meerdere keren gevraagd om annulering en terugbetaling, maar hier wordt niet aan meegewerkt.

**Advies: bestel hier niet.** Onbetrouwbare webshop en slechte service.

Deze website is een typische dropshipping-webshop zonder eigen voorraad. Bestellingen komen vaak pas na weken of zelfs maanden aan – als ze überhaupt aankomen.

Zeker geen aanrader.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my order. I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband, and it has now been four months without receiving anything. This is completely unacceptable.

I am requesting an immediate full refund of the amount paid. If this is not resolved right away, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience with others and take further action.

I expect a prompt response and resolution.

Worst company, trying to refuse a full refund after waiting two months since my order which I still haven’t received. This is word for word what they said:

“As production has already been completed, a cancellation at this stage would fall under our policy conditions, where a 15% fee is retained to cover production costs already incurred. You are also welcome to proceed with delivery and return the item after receipt if preferred.”

Stay away from this company! I have never heard of a refund policy like this.

7 februari schoenen besteld wacht nogsteeds op de schoenen. Wou ze annuleren kreeg een rot verhaal dat ik moest wachten tot ze binnen zijn om terug te sturen of ik betaalde 15 procent en dan kon ik gelijk annuleren. Zijn gewoon dropshippers. Slecht bedrijf

I have still not received any update regarding my order after more than 7 weeks.

There has been no communication, no delivery, and no clear information about what is going on. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this company at all. Avoid if you expect reliable service.

Terrible customer management and misrepresentation.
I truly believe this company is a scam. They misrepresent delivery timelines that end up frustrating you fully knowing their refund policy will not be favorable to customers. It’s not very much about delivering the product, their main aim is to frustrate people so they make money from the refund. I ordered shoes since January 21, 2026 and never got it delivered rather I have been served with stories. They tried to lure me in more by sending me all sort of offers when the order I paid for hasn’t been fulfilled. They are skilled at Retail Ponzi Scheme and this has to be dealt with asap.

Contrary to the negative experiences you can read about here, I want to share my very positive experience. Delivery was only a few days late, which really isn’t a big deal. After emailing to ask when the shipping status would update, I quickly received a friendly and polite response. The package arrived today, and I’m truly impressed by the quality. The cardigan feels really great and is unbeatable for this price. I highly recommend Del Cauca, if you’re looking for good clothing, this is the place to go!

BESTEL HIER NIET! Het is 7 weken later en ik heb niks ontvangen, contact met het bedrijf gaat lastig ze reageren eigenlijk bijna niet. Ik had eerst de reviews moeten lezen voordat ik hier bestelde. Wees niet te laat!

I hv been order on 19th of Feb 2026 & made a payment but as of today 23rd march they keep on playing & nothing ship yet & doing a dumb excuses I am depress & mad at them how can be online company works this way
Pl all of the buyers from this site is totally fraud & incompetence

They are replying the same what they sent me in emails but after one month & 4 days they still don’t hv any shipping date or refund my full amount they are just buying time no company takes months for one shoes

Ordered based on “2–7 day shipping,” then told after paying that items were made to order with delays.

They also send you a tracking number which for a whole week the status doesn’t change and it just says on there “The sender has advised they’re sending your item to Royal Mail” this has been the case for 9 days! with it also being on a royal mail tracked 48 hour service!!!

When I tried to cancel, they wanted to charge a 15% fee for a “production cost fee” which is clearly the price it costs them per unit from their manufacturer and clearly obvious they didn’t have stock which was disclosed upfront.

After checking reviews, this seems to be a common issue.

Very misleading and disappointing experience be very careful.

Complete scam. Same as everybody else: month's of delay, no communication, the product doesn't even meet expectations as it finally arrives, and of course no fair return policy.... a massive dissapointment. They are simply stealing your money with misslead digital advertisement.

Products are even worse than the badest China quality and customer service is horrible. Everything was really bad. Sorry but I can’t say anything positive about this shop.

Found this brand via Instagram and everything looked professional. Reach out to them with sizing questions and received quick replies. Delivery took a little bit long but still received my order after 4 days and the quality is perfect.

Very disappointing experience. My order arrived nearly three months later than the stated delivery timeframe, and after all that wait it was delivered to the wrong address. I was then expected to contact the courier myself to try to locate the parcel, which I still have not received.

There was little to no communication from the company about dispatch or delivery updates, and no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered despite the delay and failed delivery. Overall, a very poor customer experience
