Made a horrible mistake by trusting them with my car. Not to mention crazy prices, for basic repair. I think it's best be very clear upfront of costs, as I was billed almost double of what I was told initially. Be careful folks 🙏

I am absolutely shocked at the quality of the repair for my leather jacket. Firstly, they don't do any of the fixes themselves - it is sent back and forth from a workshop somewhere in Delhi. So they are basically a glorified courier service. But I would be ok with that if the fix was actually ok.

Their "fix" of my jacket involved stitching a band of a totally different material into the parts that were damaged - the result looks absurd, with a noticably different quality, and also, completely changes the style and fit. I have gotten back a jacket that is legitimately worse than before I gave it.

On top of that it was not a cheap service, and it took forever for the jacket to be returned.

I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for any kind of fix that might be more complex. This is a very poor quality service that should be ashamed of their workmanship.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company for my Louis Vuitton bag restoration.
Despite clearly communicating my expectations multiple times and requesting a thorough quality check before dispatch, the bag was sent back with multiple visible issues — uneven pasting, poor finishing, incorrect colour tone, and visible marks on the bottom leather. These defects were clearly noticeable in person and even visible in the photos/videos.
What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and communication. After taking full payment in advance and assuring me “all is okay” and asking me to trust them, my concerns were repeatedly delayed with responses like “checking with the workshop,” but no actual resolution followed. Calls were promised but never scheduled, even after waiting several days.
The workmanship did not match the premium service they claim to offer. Unfortunately, I cannot carry or use the bag due to how visibly flawed the restoration is.
I strongly suggest future customers get everything in writing, including exact colour references, finishing standards, and post-work approvals before making any payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

I contacted De Leather Craft on Oct 31st, 2025 to repair my Coach wallet. I was assured the entire process would take 7–10 days. They picked up my wallet on Nov 2nd, and I kept the representative updated on WhatsApp throughout.

On Nov 4th, they informed me that they had ordered leather from the company for the repair, and the next day they suddenly quoted an amount and claimed the repair was in progress. After that, I received no updates at all—neither calls nor messages.

By Nov 10th, when I asked for an update, I was told it would take another 7–10 days and that it would be completed the following week. But even by Nov 17th, nothing was delivered. Instead, they sent random photos of a Coach wallet claiming it was fixed.

Then on Nov 19th, they sent an invoice with no details of the work done and a much higher amount than what was initially quoted. They insisted I pay via GPay before they would ship the wallet. I clearly stated that I would pay the moment I received it, which is reasonable—especially since pickup and drop are within the same city.

What followed was pure drama. They claimed delivery wasn’t possible because their third-party vendor wasn’t available and refused even when I offered to send an Uber courier or my own pickup. They also mentioned they use BlueDart to send their goods.

Today is Nov 26th, 2025, and I still haven’t received my wallet.

To anyone considering sending their leather goods to this website, please be careful. Based on my experience, this seems like a highly unprofessional and possibly fraudulent operation.

I regret trusting this platform. Extremely disappointed, and I hope this review helps others stay informed and safe.

They don’t know how to deal with luxury items. They will do a shoddy job then justify then take it back when u tell them about sharing this experience online and then they return it the same way it was before. Not to mention they will keep telling you they have ordered some material from brand but actually nothing done to the product . They charge you and u feel they ruin your product forever .

Pathetic service
They take months to do any work. There’s nothing called commitment.
Delivery timelines are totally messed up.
And charges are super high. Please look for other people to take care of your products.

Terrible service! I got a bag coloured. The colour is coming of! Charged 6100/- not worth it at all.

Great experiences, awesome service

Worst experience ever! I sent an extremely expensive Chloe purse with minor patch discoloration on the bottom to them and it came back way worse than I sent them and absolutely unusable. They took double the time promised to deliver it, which would have been ok if the tall claims they made of making it look as good as new were fulfilled. Instead now I have a purse that looks nothing like the original purse sent to them - texture, structure, suppleness of the leather, a lot more color discoloration that when I sent it, random bumps in back and totally disfigured.

They refuse to even refund the money they took to fix it, forget about the amount of money I’ve lost with them making my purse unusable. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful and keep arguing. It’s impossible to get to speak to a senior and knowledge person. Please never make the mistake of using them!
