Their client success person helped me train my VA by giving me a set of questions and building our onboarding around my answers. This was my first ever official hire, so that really helped me figure out how to train and guide Jem (my VA and now one of my favorite people).
I’ve been really happy with the quality of talent so far. You can tell they’re well trained. My VA helps with everything from customer support to admin tasks, and I barely have to check in. It’s made things run way smoother and has definitely been worth the cost.
