love the product and use it often but can't get any support when needed :-(

It’s been over 6 weeks without a response, I tried to follow up several times. When I’ve spoken to someone live in the past they’ve been helpful, but I’m not sure what happened to their team. Unfortunately we’ll have to start looking for other platforms

I submitted a question via their online chat and 11 days later still hadn't received a reply. I have however received multiple marketing emails which are not wanted.

Their website is amazing and Also they take customer data very safe

Setting up shop on Delighted was a breeze. You can customize your surveys, slap your brand logo and colors on them, and even get fancy with custom logic. It serves its purpose very well. The reporting is intuitive, and they're constantly adding new features. You can create surveys tailored to your exact needs, and their templates are pretty user-friendly.

Also, it offers features comparable to pricier survey platforms like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey. Plus, there are no sneaky implementation charges, which is a win in my book.

So far so good, I haven’t run into any major issues yet. And their support team seems really responsive so I’m generally not worried

Implementing Delighted was easy. It has inumerable pre built survey questions and templates.

Serves its purpose very nicely. Highly recommended.
