If I could give it ZERO stars I would.AVOID!!
Ordered a large bouquet of fragrant star flowers from these people over a standard one for mother's day.When it was delivered it was TINY.I rang the company 4 times but nobody replied so I left a message and with my number..NOTHING...So I sent a message via e mail explaining this was no way a large version and I could supply pictures as proof...I heard absolutely nothing again.Terribly ignorant,a total waste of money plus they died after 6 days,were totally shot.Why would you never reply,it's terrible.Id say never ever use these go elsewhere.Maybe I was unlucky,but to not even follow it up is disgusting(order number NDFF340369)

I placed an order on the 22.03.2026 for delivery on the 23.03.2026 (and yes this date was available) i received an email on the 23.03.2026 stating the item was out for delivery but it was never delivered. the updated delivery was then the 24.03.2026- upon emailing delightful flora they stated that i ordered it past the cut off time for next day delivery even though i paid premium delivery and the next day delivery was available on their website! on the 24.03.2026 i get an email that delivery was attempted but nobody was home but my friend was home all morning and has a ting camera too and no delivery was attempted! now the delivery has been further delayed till the 26.03.2026 which i selected myself as my friend would be working on the other days. Delightful flora’s response was “sorry for the inconvenience…thanks” i will never be using then every again! this was for my best friends birthday i am embarrassed to say the least! but judging by their low ratings i am now not surprised…they clearly do not care about their appalling service. Avoid at all cost

Received flowers for Mother's day from my son who works hard for his money and choosed this company over all the other flower companies.
What a joke . The flowers arrived half dead !! Great start i thought ok well they have been in a box for a day or two so might come back to life , how wrong was I. The roses looked half dead the lillys didnt look much better . I was really disappointed with the quality of these flowers . They haven't even lasted 7days and DIDN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO ADVERTISED !!! Needless to say he won't be using this company again . Don't waste your money . My husband bought some from Aldi the day after and they still look fresh and probably cost ½ the price or less .

Can't give no stars, but never use these florists. Came day late after I paid for next day delivery and the flowers were shocking. Looked wilted and old which ruined mothers day. I did get a refund however but won't be using again.
Appalling Service! Very disappointed!
I used Delightful Flora for my friend's birthday on 14th February. They arrived early, which wasn't a problem, but could have been. She reported the flowers were great. On the back of this, I then ordered flowers for Mother's Day to arrive on 14th March. They never turned up. Royal Mail confirmed that they had had them since 12th, but then they were lost. Four emails and a phone call later, in which I had to demand my money back, they have finally agreed to a refund. They claimed they didn't need to refund me as Royal Mail couldn't find the address. The address has been there for over 70 years and Royal Mail amongst other delivery firms have successfully been delivering there. Appalling customer services!! I will never use this company again!

As far support goes, there is none.
* I tried to call them but nobody ever answers. I just got left on a musical queue tone being told all agents were busy.
* I emailed them, and nobody bothered to reply.
So please do yourself a favour and stay away from these scammers.
Flowers arrived virtually dead and brown
My daughter ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day. 20 white roses came two days early but were nearly dead there wasn’t one of them that wasn’t covered in brown marks, they looked about six days old fit for the bin, my daughter is autistic and this really upset her because she’d done this on her own and ordered them for me. I felt really upset for her.
Contacting the company was a nightmare. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer emails, the only way I got them to answer was to leave comments on their site, eventually she got back to me and offered me 30% discount off new roses, talk about insult sent me 20 dead ones and then wanted us to order more with 30% discount. I totally refused threatened to go to trading standards as they had broken the consumer rights act 2015 for a full refund if anything arrives broken or damaged, etc .
She wasn’t going to give us a refund and due to my daughter having autism, it was too much stress for her to go to the bank and try and do a chargeback, so she eventually agreed to send me the 20 roses Free, they still didn’t arrive perfect and most had little brown marks on them but not as bad as the first bunch .
I do not recommend this company. The flowers are appalling and their Customer Services even worse. Stay well away.
Delightful Flora sent incorrect items…
Delightful Flora sent incorrect items to my friend when I ordered for her Birthday. When I contacted them they advised the need a photo of the delivery box to do anything… I explained this was a gift so my friend did not keep this (why would you), the said nothing can be done and no footage can be reviewed to show the incorrect order being packed. Terrible customer service!

I was really very happy to receive a big and colourful bunch of flowers on Mother's Day but on arranging them I found that they were packed very, very tightly together which damaged some of the flowers.
I was extremely disappointed to find that within three days, one by one all the flowers started to wilt and died except for the few pinks which remained in tight buds and the few everlasting flowers.😭
Not one of the roses opened up fully, the flower heads just drooped at the top of the stem and were the first to go in the bin followed by four stems of chrysanthemums which had masses of very small flowers packed tightly along the stem.
These were so difficult to separate from the rest of the flowers that they very soon died off! The remaining flowers in the bunch suffered the same fate and were put in the bin,
This was so unexpected and I felt devastated by the fact that they probably were quite expensive and didn't even last a week.
I would never recommend this company because to begin with, the flowers were not carefully protected for transit and they were too tightly squashed together in the box before delivery.

There were so many broken flower heads i felt quite deflated looking at them..poor things looked droopy, but when I went to put them on a vase... the stems were slimy too... could of stolen better from a graveyard!

I've ordered from here a few times but had never seen the actual bouquet. I had ordered some for my daughters birthday from my granddaughter today she happens to live with me . So the flowers come to my address . I felt so embarrassed when I see what had been delivered i could have gone to my local petrol station for these . I am mortified that I've sent these to other people

Ordered Lollipop flowers for my Auntys 7oth birthday, what a disappointment they were, nothing like the picture, not many flowers or greenery. Really upset at these flowers, I could of got better from a supermarket. Do not waste your money.

We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my Mum and requested them to come on the Saturday one day earlier , but they arrived 3 days earlier which is a lot , so they didn’t follow my request day … I did contact the company they were not very helpful or supportive about this matter …
My mum said to me after few days after receiving the flowers on Mother’s Day “please don’t take offence , but don’t order off them again and waste your money on the flowers as they are really cheap ,and have only lasted a day which normal flowers would normally last another week”
I contacted them ,but not very helpful and refusing to own up it was there fault why the flowers have died and only lasted 1 day and not wanting to resolve this matter In anyway …

If I could give it no stars I would. Ordered an expensive bouquet, payed ridiculously expensive 'Premium Delivery' for Mothers Day. Had no updates and couldn't track it. Was delivered 3 days late and to top it off the flowers looked grim. Contacted them and they refused to take any of this into consideration with no refund. Was told if I wasn't happy I should return the flowers at my own expense. Do not waste your money. AVOID wish I'd read reviews before I went with them.

Robbing peoples money for their own gain. Receiving a poor quality bouquet on mother's day should of been a lovely gift but unfortunately it was an embarrassment. The audacity of this company.

I was ripped off x4 over.They sent back a email refusing to give me a refund even with photos includied. Its a scam site.. so many people have been ripped off by them 9ver the years I here., sadly lots of us mothers on mothers day 2026 cried instead of feeling loved and cared for.. their flowers belong in a cemeteries bin.
Don't waste your time or money
Paid £5.99 for delivery and Royal Mail notified they had returned to sender but no delivery attempt was made - assuming damage in transit.
No answer on the phone, left multiple voicemails and attempted to contact via online web form, but nothing. Will be raising a chargeback via my credit card company.
Sadly I'd wanted to support a local business, wish I'd read the reviews first!
