I spoke to Jones, he was extremely patient as i can be a very difficult customer. He percervered and helped calm my anxieties in regards to making rhw booking. He made the process a lot easier for me and not to mention found me a fantastic deal! I would recommend to anyone wanting to get away, I will certainly use again, five star service, thank you

Please STAY away from this company.im due to fly on monday.we booked our holiday in January with transfers flights and luggage as well as bed and breakfast. this company cancelled our flights left us with only 2 bags no bed and breakfast and a 4 hour trip to the hotel. We were made to pay another 170 pound on top of our original price. They did try to get 300 but when I broke down crying they settled for 170. We are left to book on 3 cases that we have already paid for that's costing 100 odd pounds each case extra plus thousands for the transfer back and forward. Being a single disabled mum and a child with autism a four hour bus ride will be horrendous and I explained this but they didn't care. We are being sent to somewhere we didn't even want to go. I asked for a refund but they would only give me 1000 pounds back. I've had one person laugh at me when I was crying on the phone and 100s of promised phone calls that I have never got. I plan to take it further and go to a solicitor because this place is scamming people big time. I honestly don't know how they are still running. Please stay away at all costs because they are a nightmare and only want more and more money for nothing!! Not prof at all and come up with every excess under the sun. Yes you certainly made us aware what was happening with the luggage and everything else .we already had four cases paid for and you knocked us down to two cases and then we had to book and pay AGAIN with the airline and pay AGAIN for transfes that was VERY expensive.still have to go to a hotel 4 hours from the airport... We had NO CHOICE but to take what you offered or loss it all !! Stop fibbing we done NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN about the hotel and bags and transfers.Stop scamming people you Greedy people.

Hotel was changed from original and was to the same standard if not a little Better for the same price…great communication from the travel company also

We had a fantastic holiday in the landmar los gigantes booked through yourselves everything went smoothly and I will definitely contact you again for a price for my next holiday

The agent spent a good degree of time with me trying to book the holiday despite it being late evening by the time call ended. However he was unable to book the actual holiday that led me to call. He first secured my flight & payment before telling me that the desired/ advertised hotel was unavailable despite prior to booking flights had said it was. Mediocre hotels were offered as an alternative but were not what I wanted. Eventually I had to split my time between 2 hotels (both of which were ok) but not what I originally wanted. As the flights had already been booked I felt pressured to take this as no other suitable options I was told were available. All in all I ended up spending considerably more than package advertised and also what I had planned. Lesson learnt & I wouldn’t use them again or promote to friends & family.

Team are nice to talk to. Been pushed from pillar to post from the beginning with them booking the wrong hotel to then paying to upgrade to another hotel to then be put back to the same hotel we didnt want, not given any other choice unless we pay more. To then find out the hotel has split my kids up into different rooms with only 2 out of the 3 children having a bed. Cant speak to managers always get passed to another team. Basically a scam with no leniency when the problem was on there side. Lost allot of money

The best team ever !! They helped me with all my concerns in special Lee !! So happy to book my holiday with this company.

I must admit that I did have some concerns about my booking through this company initially. However, after being contacted and reassured by the manager, I am now at ease and looking forwards to my forthcoming holiday to Tenerife. Thank you for your call.

I had spent all day stressing at not being able to check-in for my flight tomorrow, and he talked me through the whole process until we succeeded together.

Well here we go, we were booking a late get away and Joseph was great to start with but unfortunately we experienced false advertising and then to top it off Joseph then promised us a upgrade of a room due to not being able to confirm our airport to hotel transfers (which he was going to let us know about on the next day for definite) they still took our money for the transfer and Joseph said it was a long process for us to get our money back for the transfer and the taxi would only be £35 ish so not to much. After taking all our money but reducing the administrative fee from £40 to £20 after we mentioned that it was text to us the final total price and us asking if this was the final total and him confirming then saying that there was a administrative fee on top after us agreeing to the price (final total without the administrative fee)! So my complaint is that this company doesn't get back to you to confirm and even though asked they then try to add more money on to your total price also it cost us 72. plus euros to get from the airport to the hotel and the £20 on top that was already taken for the transfer and not getting an upgrade at the hotel either. Definitely won't be using this company again they take your money and don't do what is promised!

Had a bit of trouble after booking with receiving the email with my booking info but after I got speaking to Aldrin he had resolved the issue quickly and rested my worries. I recommend booking with Aldrin he was very helpful and polite.
