I bought a vaccum backpack on May 3rd, 2026, I paid an extra to have it shipped with urgency and I even installed the app to track the order. So far, I still haven’t received it, the tracking number doesn’t show any information about the whereabouts of my order and despite my several emails to the company, they haven’t responded! Not even once! I have requested a refund because my order has clearly disappeared, I followed the steps indicated on Delinne Shop’s website and I still don’t have an answer! This company is a fraud! Do not buy anything from them!
